Arrest Log: Oct. 12

Arrests made by Madison County law enforcement on Thursday and Friday, based on Madison County Jail records. Charges are recommended by arresting officers, but are not final until the Madison County prosecutor reviews the case and files official charges.

Anderson police arrested Matthew S. Ellis, 25, of the 900 block of West Fifth Street, Anderson, at 1:38 p.m. Thursday. Bond was set at $5,000 for Class D felony criminal recklessness and Class D felony carrying a handgun without a license.

Anderson police arrested Jessica A. Norton, 23, of the 200 block of East Garfield Street, Alexandria, at 4:07 p.m. Thursday. Bond was set at $5,000 for Class D felony maintaining a common nuisance, Class D felony possession of marijuana and Class D felony reckless possession of paraphernalia.

Anderson police arrested Tony D. Garza, 24, of the 100 block of Elizabeth Drive, Anderson, at 4:54 p.m. Thursday. Bond was set at $5,000 for Class D felony possession of a controlled substance, Class D felony maintaining a common nuisance, Class D felony dealing marijuana and Class D felony possession of marijuana.

Madison County police arrested Ronald D. Hayes, 33, of the 1200 block of East State Street, Kokomo, at 6:36 p.m. Thursday. No bond was set for probation violation on a Class A misdemeanor.

Madison County police arrested Toni L. Woods, 24, of the 9800 block of Dunraven Drive, Cincinnati, Ohio, at 8:39 p.m. Thursday. No bond was set for failure to appear on a Class D felony.

Anderson police arrested Justin M. Hague, 22, of the 4100 block of East 36th Street, Anderson, at 10:05 p.m. Thursday. Bond was set at $5,000 or Class D felony reckless possession of paraphernalia, Class D felony maintaining a common nuisance, Class D felony dealing marijuana and Class D felony possession of marijuana.

Madison County police arrested Travis M. Blockson, 33, of the 2900 block of George Street, Anderson, at 10:09 p.m. Thursday. No bond was set for violation of probation on a Class D felony.
