Arrest Log: Oct. 26

Arrests made by Madison County law enforcement on Thursday, based on Madison County Jail records. Charges are recommended by arresting officers, but are not final until the Madison County prosecutor reviews the case and files official charges.

Anderson police arrested Lisa Diana Gibson, 42, of the 600 block of Park Drive, Greenwood, at 1:53 p.m. Thursday. Bond was set at $20,000 for a Class A misdemeanor for OWI.

Elwood police arrested Sammy Edwards Beeman, 21, of the 1600 block of Avenue West, Elwood, at 2:05 p.m. Thursday. Bond was set at $5,000 for a Class A misdemeanor for domestic battery, a Class A misdemeanor for intimidation and a Class B misdemeanor for disorderly conduct. No bond was set for a Class A misdemeanor for a 10-day probation violation.

Indiana State police arrested Zachary Daniel Brown, 26, of the 500 block of Central Avenue, Anderson, at 2:33 p.m. Thursday. Bond was set at $5,000 for a Class A misdemeanor for OWI.

Madison County police arrested Khelladawn Oliver, 32, of the 2100 block of North B Street, Elwood, at 4:06 p.m. Thursday. No bond was set for a Class B felony for violation of probation.

Anderson police arrested Tyler Adron Campbell, 25, of the 800 block of Mellen Drive, Anderson, at 4:56 p.m. Thursday. Bond was set at $5,000 for a Class D felony for receiving stolen property. Bond was set at $5,000 for a Class D felony for possession or use of legend drug or precursor. Bond was set at $0 for a Class A felony for a 10-day probation violation.

Anderson police arrested Shakoya Jacole Simon, 19, of the 1300 block of W. 8th Street, Anderson, at 4:57 p.m. Thursday. No bond was set for a Class D felony for maintaining a common nuisance. No bond was set for a Class D felony for reckless possession of paraphernalia and a Class D felony for receiving stolen property.

Police arrested Arthur Eugene Felton, 22, of the 200 block of W. 12th Street, Anderson, at 6:01 p.m. Thursday. No bond was set for a Class B felony for violation of in home detention.
