Arrest Log: Nov. 9

Arrests made by Madison County law enforcement on Thursday, based on Madison County Jail records. Charges are recommended by arresting officers, but are not final until the Madison County prosecutor reviews the case and files official charges.

Madison County deputies arrested Clifton E. Almquist, 21, of the 2300 block of Scotch Pine Drive, Anderson, at 1:03 p.m. Thursday. Bond was set at $25,000 for Class B felony burglary, Class C felony forgery and Class D felony theft, two counts.

Madison County deputies arrested John R. Penticuff, 23, of the 1400 block of Ashway Street, Anderson, at 2:12 p.m. Thursday. Bond was set at $5,000 for Class D felony theft.

Madison County deputies arrested Kevin R. Myers, 49, of the 8700 block of Otter Drive, Selma, at 4:15 p.m. Thursday. No bond was set for Class C felony violation of in-house probation.

Madison County deputies arrested Alicia C. Soliven, 38, of the 1 block of George Court, Indianapolis, at 6:21 p.m. Thursday. Bond was set at $750 for contempt of court in a civil case.

Madison County deputies arrested Heather N. Gregg, 29, of the 1 block of Inman Drive, Ingalls, at 6:37 p.m. Thursday. No bond was set for Class D felony violation of suspended sentence.

Anderson police arrested Christopher E. Denney, 25, of the 1000 block of Fairfax Street, Anderson, at 8:13 p.m. Thursday. Bond was set at $5,000 for Class D felony theft and Class A misdemeanor resisting law enforcement.

Madison County deputies arrested Lawrence E. Pryor Jr., 48, of the 3100 block of West Michigan Avenue, Indianapolis, at 8:29 p.m. Thursday. No bond was set for Class C felony violation of probation.

Anderson police arrested Devin G. Kepner, 28, of the 900 block of Lennox Drive, Anderson, at 10:03 p.m. Thursday. Bond was set at $5,000 for Class D felony fraud, Class D felony receiving stolen property, Class D felony theft and Class D felony probation violation.
