Elwood police arrested William Johnathan Weileman, 30, of the 800 block of North 14th Street, Elwood, at 9:22 a.m. Sunday. Bond was set at $10,000 for Class C felony Intimidation.

Elwood police arrested Kenneth Patrick Yahner, 29, of the 500 block of East 29th Street, Anderson, at 10:53 a.m. Sunday. No bond was set for Class B misdemeanor Public Intoxication.

Madison County police arrested Levi William Wann, 18, of the 200 block of West U.S. Highway 36, Pendleton, at 1:03 p.m. Sunday. Bond was set at $5,000 for Class A misdemeanor OWI and Class B misdemeanor Illegal Consumption of Alcohol By a Minor.

State police arrested David Perez Jr., 29, of the 3200 block of Maryland Drive, Anderson, at 2:47 p.m. Sunday. Bond was set at $7,000 for Class A misdemeanor OWI.

Anderson police arrested Darrell Gene Wilson Sr., 56, of the 1100 block of West 10th Street, Anderson, at 3:32 p.m. Sunday. Bond was set at $5,000 for Class A misdemeanor OWI.

Madison County police arrested Jose Alfredo Granados-Jayer, 28, of the 6800 block of Winnock Drive, Indianapolis, at 4:46 p.m. Sunday. Bond was set at $10,000 for Class A misdemeanor OWI and Class D felony habitual traffic offender.

Elwood police arrested Timothy Bryan Weaver, 38, of Elwood, at 4:47 p.m. Sunday. No bond was set for failure to appear on a Class B misdemeanor.

Madison County police arrested Juan Bernal-Loza, 42, of the 500 block of East 23rd Street, Anderson, at 5:20 p.m. Sunday. Bond was set at $3,000 for Class A misdemeanor operator never licensed and Class A misdemeanor false informing.

Anderson police arrested Davon Demetrius Jackson, 30, of the 1600 block of George Street, at 5:24 p.m. Sunday. Bond was set at $7,000 for contempt of court on a civil case, Class A misdemeanor false informing and failure to appear on a Class A misdemeanor.

Madison County police arrested Brett Anthony Immel, 47, of the 1500 block of Noble Street, Anderson, at 5:59 p.m. Sunday. Bond was set at $5,000 for Class A misdemeanor OWI.
