Arrest Log: June 15

Arrests made by Madison County law enforcement on Thursday and Friday, based on Madison County Jail records. Charges are recommended by arresting officers, but are not final until the Madison County prosecutor reviews the case and files official charges.

Anderson police arrested Paul D. Smith, 20, of the 1300 block of Indiana Avenue, Anderson, at 4:58 p.m. Thursday. Bond was set at $5,000 for Class A misdemeanor battery.

Madison County police arrested Rebeka D. McGurn, 27, of the 700 block of West Ninth Street, Anderson, at 6 p.m. Thursday. No bond was set for Class C felony contempt of court.

Anderson police arrested Charles E. McGuire, 53, of the 1800 block of East Fairlawn Way, Anderson, at 8:43 p.m. Thursday. Bond was set at $300 for Civil contempt of court.

Anderson police arrested Samuel G. McGrady, 42, of the 1100 block of Raible Avenue, Anderson, at 8:47 p.m. Thursday. No bond was set for Class C misdemeanor probation violation and Class A misdemeanor possession of marijuana.

Anderson police arrested Jeremy D. Skirvin, 33, of the 200 block of West Seventh Street, Anderson, at 10 p.m. Thursday. Bond was set at $500 for Civil contempt of court and Class A misdemeanor failure to appear.

Elwood police arrested James D. Edwards, 46, of the 300 block of Railroad Street, Windfall, at 10:41 p.m. Thursday. Bond was set at $5,000 for Class B misdemeanor failure to appear.

Anderson police arrested Brian M. Alley, 29, of the 4400 block of Mellon Court, Anderson, at 10:43 p.m. Thursday. No bond was set for Class B misdemeanor intoxication.

Anderson police arrested Jarred M. Streaty, 26, of the 900 block of Sunset Drive, Anderson, at 9:49 a.m. Friday. Bond was set at $5,000 for Class D felony theft and Class A misdemeanor resisting law enforcement.

Madison County police arrested Jimmie R. Jones, 43, of the 200 block of South Woodworth Street, Frankton, at 10:04 a.m. Friday. Bond was set at $5,000 for Class A misdemeanor OWI and Class A misdemeanor OWI.

Anderson police arrested Tekeo A. Kelly Sr., 32, of the 2200 block of Lincoln Street, Anderson, at 10:39 a.m. Friday. No bond was set for Class A misdemeanor failure to appear.

Anderson police arrested Carl R. Atkinson, 29, of the 500 block of Ruddle Avenue, Anderson, at 3:05 a.m. Friday. No bond was set for Class A misdemeanor domestic battery and Class A misdemeanor violation of probation.
