Arrest log: June 20

ANDERSON, Ind. — Arrests made by Madison County law enforcement on Tuesday and Wednesday, based on Madison County Jail records. Charges are recommended by arresting officers, but are not final until the Madison County prosecutor reviews the case and files official charges.

Ingalls police arrested Justin K. McManus, 20, of the 2500 block of Ritter Drive, Anderson, at 11:02 a.m. Tuesday. McManus posted a bail bond of $2,000 on Class A misdemeanor criminal mischief.

Anderson police arrested Brian R. House, 46, of the 2600 block of East Fourth Street, Anderson, at 2:27 p.m. Tuesday. Bond was set at $5,000 on charges of Class D felony operating a vehicle while intoxicated, Class A misdemeanor operating a vehicle while intoxicated and Class A misdemeanor driving while suspended with a prior.

Anderson police arrested Brian A. Rigsby, 33, of the 200 block of Freedom Way, Anderson, at 2:49 p.m. Tuesday. Bond was set at $5,000 on charges of Class D felony theft and Class A misdemeanor resisting law enforcement.

Madison County Sheriff deputies arrested Willie Peel Jr., 46, of the 1500 block of Johnson Avenue, Anderson, at 4:45 p.m. Tuesday. No bond was set on a charge of Class A misdemeanor probation violation.

Madison County Sheriff deputies arrested Joshua M. Elliott, 34, of the 4600 block of Aquaduct Drive, Greenwood, at 6:14 p.m. Tuesday. Bond was set at $10,000 on a charge of Class D felony receiving stolen property.

Madison County Sheriff deputies arrested Rickey A. Hopson, 35, homeless, at 8:53 p.m. Tuesday. No bond was set on a charge of Class C felony violation of probation.

Anderson police arrested Candy S. Chenoweth, 38, of the 1000 block of West Second Street, Anderson, at 10:15 p.m. Tuesday. Chenoweth was released by court order on charges of Class A misdemeanor battery and Class A misdemeanor criminal trespassing.

Anderson police arrested Marnie A. Chenoweth, 43, of the 1000 block of West First Street, Anderson, at 10:36 p.m. Tuesday. Chenoweth was released by court order on charges of Class A misdemeanor battery and Class A misdemeanor criminal trespassing.
