ANDERSON, Ind. — An autopsy for a woman killed in a one-vehicle accident Friday shows she died of massive internal injury, officials said.

Dallas Robertson, 21, of Anderson, died at Anderson Community Hospital at 11:43 p.m. Friday after she was ejected from the 1998 Chevrolet Blazer during the wreck, said Madison County Coroner Marian Dunnichay.

According to police reports, the Blazer, driven by 25-year-old Nicholas Clevenger of Anderson, left the road in the 3600 block of West Eighth Street at about 10:55 p.m.

On Saturday, Anderson Police Department spokesman Joel Sandefur said the cause of the crash was being investigated for possible drugs or alcohol, as well as speed of the vehicle.

Toxicology reports on Clevenger and Robertson will not be available for a few weeks, officials said.
