Arrest Log

Arrests made by Madison County law enforcement on Sunday and Monday based on Madison County Jail records. Charges are recommended by arresting officers, but are not final until the Madison County prosecutor reviews the case and files official charges.

• Madison County deputies arrested Eddie Lee Mooney Jr., 46, of the 200 block of Luckytown Road, Wetumpka, Ala., at 9:28 a.m. Sunday. Bond was set at $15,000 for Class D felony attempted sex offender violations.

• Madison County deputies arrested Michael John Sigler, 35, of the 1000 block of Woodland Drive, Fenton, Mo., at 9:27 a.m. Sunday. No bond was set for violation of probation.

• Madison County deputies arrested David Tilton Trueblood, 50, of the 1900 block of West 27th Street, Anderson, at 11:36 a.m. Sunday. Bond was set at $5,000 for Class D felony attempted theft.

• Anderson police arrested Julie Marie Brown, 52, of the 2600 block of Chase Street, Anderson, at 12:36 p.m. Sunday. Bond was set at $2,000 for Class B misdemeanor disorderly conduct.

• Madison County deputies arrested Robert William Douglas Jr., 41, of the 100 block of Oak Street, Anderson, at 4:05 p.m. Sunday. No bond was set for two Class B felony counts of contempt of court.

• Elwood police arrested Ronald Glen Newton, 50, of the 400 block of North Ninth Street, Elwood, at 4:11 p.m. Sunday. No bond was set for Class A misdemeanor failure to appear.

• Anderson police arrested Dakota Lee Smithers, 19, of the 2900 block of Chippewa Drive, Anderson, at 4:44 p.m. Sunday. Bond was set at $5,000 for Class A misdemeanor conversion.

• Ingalls police arrested Chelsie Nicole Crouse, 24, of the 10800 block of Woods Drive, Ingalls, at 4:51 p.m. Sunday. Crouse was released after posting $5,000 bond for Class D domestic battery.

• Madison County deputies arrested Kenneth Lee Wisler, 54, of the 30 block of East Broadway Street, Orestes, at 8:24 p.m. Sunday. Wisler was released after posting $5,000 bond for Class A misdemeanor operating a motor vehicle while intoxicated.
