Arrest log

Arrests made by Madison County law enforcement on Saturday, Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday, based on Madison County Jail records. Charges are recommended by arresting officers, but are not final until the Madison County prosecutor reviews the case and files official charges.

• Anderson police arrested Tevin A. Prince, 23, of the 1700 block of Greenwood Drive, Anderson, at 5:51 a.m. Saturday. Bond was set at $4,000 for Class A misdemeanor possession of marijuana, hash oil, hashish.

• Madison County deputies arrested Kendall K. Waters, 20, of the 5500 block of Emerson Way, Anderson, at 6:58 a.m. Saturday. Bond was set at $5,000 for Class A misdemeanor resisting law enforcement.

• Madison County deputies arrested Tiffany E. Idlewine, 34, of the 2000 block of South F Street, Elwood, at 9:33 a.m. Monday. Bond was set at $5,000 for Class D felony perjury.

• Anderson police arrested Jennifer L. Campbell, 36, of the 600 block of East 31st Street, Anderson, at 10:49 a.m. Monday. Bond was set at $5,000 for Class A misdemeanor battery, Class B misdemeanor disorderly conduct and Class A misdemeanor resisting law enforcement.

• Madison County deputies arrested Ronald L. Patrick, 37, of the 2300 block of East Lynn Street, Anderson, at 12:59 p.m. Monday. No bond was set for violation of probation on a Class C felony.

• Madison County deputies arrested Steven K. Smith II, 24, of the 2400 block of Locust Street, Anderson, at 1:11 p.m. Monday. Bond was set at $10,000 for Class C felony carrying a handgun without a license.

• Anderson police arrested Jackie L. Beeman, 24, of the 2500 block of Dewey Street, Anderson, at 2:13 p.m. Monday. Bond was set at $5,000 for Class D felony criminal recklessness.

• Madison County deputies arrested Donald L. Pitts, 47, of the 1600 block of Main Street, Anderson, at 2:12 p.m. Monday. No bond was set for court commitment on a Class D felony.

• Frankton police arrested Jerry L. Cunningham, 67, of the 200 block of Center Street, Frankton, at 2:49 p.m. Monday. No bond was set for invasion of privacy on a Class A misdemeanor.

Brian Bell, who lost the Democratic Party’s nomination for sheriff by 48 votes to Scott Mellinger, raised allegations to the election board during a hearing Friday.
