Arrest Log

Arrests made by Madison County law enforcement on Sunday and Monday based on Madison County Jail records. Charges are recommended by arresting officers, but are not final until the Madison County prosecutor reviews the case and files official charges.

• Anderson police arrested Derrick Anthony Kimbrell, 29, of the 2400 block of East Eighth Street, Anderson, at 8:25 p.m. Sunday. No bond was set for Class D felony violation of probation.

• Anderson police arrested Andrew Michael Payne, 23, of the 100 block of South Coventry Drive, Anderson, at 11:09 p.m. Sunday. No bond was set for Class C misdemeanor violation of probation.

• Madison County deputies arrested Trent Allen Williams, 47, of the 9000 block of West Ind. 236, Middleton, at 5:58 a.m. Monday. No bond was set for Class D felony possession of marijuana, hashish oil, or hashish, Class A misdemeanor possession of marijuana, hashish oil, or hashish, Class D felony operating a motor vehicle while intoxicated, and a 10-day hold for a Class D felony probation violation.

• Madison County deputies arrested Dalricus Dequan Harris, 23, of the 2400 block of Fairview Street, Anderson at 7:04 a.m. Monday. Bond was set at $5,000 for Class D felony theft and Class A misdemeanor resisting law enforcement.

Brian Bell, who lost the Democratic Party’s nomination for sheriff by 48 votes to Scott Mellinger, raised allegations to the election board during a hearing Friday.
