Arrest Log: July 7

Arrests made by Madison County law enforcement on Saturday and Sunday, based on Madison County Jail records. Charges are recommended by arresting officers, but are not final until the Madison County prosecutor reviews the case and files official charges.

Madison County deputies arrested Jada L. Ledford, 39, of the 4800 block of North Indiana 9, Anderson, at 9:23 a.m. Saturday. No bond was set for failure to appear in a civil case.

Anderson police arrested Willie L. Walker Jr., 42, of the 1600 block of Nelle Street, Anderson, at 9:25 a.m. Saturday. Bond was set at $3,000 for contempt of court on child support, violation of probation on a Class C felony and failure to appear on a Class D felony.

Anderson police arrested Devin L. Osborn, 21, of the 2800 block of Noble Street, Anderson, at 4:10 p.m. Saturday. Bond was set at $2,000 for Class B misdemeanor disorderly conduct, Class B misdemeanor public intoxication and a felony in another jurisdiction.

Anderson police arrested Ivy L. Redmon, 57, of the 1700 block of Meridian Street, Anderson, at 4:16 p.m. Saturday. No bond was set for Class A misdemeanor criminal mischief.

Madison County deputies arrested Nichole A. Whitaker, 30, of the 2900 block of Dakota Drive, Anderson, at 5:48 p.m. Saturday. Bond was set at $500 for contempt of court in a civil case.

Anderson police arrested David E. Justice Jr., 40, of the 2400 block of Chase Street, Anderson, at 5:50 p.m. Saturday. No bond was set for failure to appear on a Class D felony.

Elwood police arrested Cassandra K. Abbott, 24, of the 1300 block of South C Street, Elwood, at 9:19 p.m. Saturday. Bond was set at $500 for contempt of court in a civil case.

Anderson police arrested Jerrica L. Sanders, 39, of the 2400 block of Meridian Street, Anderson, at 9:40 p.m. Saturday. No bond was set for Class A misdemeanor domestic battery.

Anderson police arrested Dre’Quez D. Redfield, 18, of the 700 block of Sun Valley Drive, Anderson, at 1:35 a.m. Sunday. Bond was set at $5,000 for Level 5 Felony possession of cocaine or narcotic.
