Arrests made by Madison County law enforcement on Friday and Saturday, based on Madison County Jail records. Charges are recommended by arresting officers, but are not final until the Madison County prosecutor reviews the case and files official charges.

Alexandria police arrested Jerry E. Johnson, 45, of the 800 block of West Jefferson Street, Alexandria, at 1:56 p.m. Friday. Bond was set at $5,000 for Class D felony criminal recklessness, Class D felony resisting law enforcement, Class D felony theft and Class A misdemeanor resisting law enforcement.

Anderson police arrested Lisa D. Heflin, 43, of the 1100 block of North Nursery Road, Anderson, at 2:37 p.m. Friday. Bond was set at $5,000 for Class A misdemeanor driving while suspended.

Anderson police arrested Antonio C. McMullen, 25, of the 1900 block of Nichol Avenue, Anderson, at 8:35 p.m. Friday. No bond was set for Class D felony resisting law enforcement.

Anderson police arrested Justin A. Thompson, 28, of the 2500 block of East Seventh Street, Anderson, at 9:20 p.m. Friday. No bond was set for Class B felony contempt of court.

Anderson police arrested Wally E. Rice Jr., 25, of the 1300 block of South J Street, Elwood, at 1:43 a.m. Saturday. Bond was set at $441 for Class C misdemeanor illegal consumption of alcohol by a minor.

Anderson police arrested Stevie L. Lagle, 29, of the 1800 block of Meridian Street, Anderson, at 1:51 a.m. Saturday. No bond was set for Class C misdemeanor violation of probation.

Pendleton police arrested Jacob R. Odle, 18, of the 5000 block of South County Road 50 West, Anderson, at 2:08 a.m. Saturday. Bond was set at $8,000 for Class A misdemeanor possession of marijuana, Class A misdemeanor possession of paraphernalia and Class A misdemeanor conversion.

Summitville police arrested Patricia L. Payne, 59, homeless, at 2:24 a.m. Saturday. Bond was set at $10,000 for class A misdemeanor OWI.

Anderson police arrested Benjamin R. McAllister, 35, of the 2200 block of South Plum Street, Yorktown, at 2:29 a.m. Saturday. Bond was set at $20,000 for Class A misdemeanor resisting law enforcement, Class A misdemeanor OWI and Class B misdemeanor leaving the scene of an accident.
