Arrest Log: May 9

ANDERSON, Ind. — Arrests made by Madison County law enforcement on Tuesday and Wednesday, based on Madison County Jail records. Charges are recommended by arresting officers, but are not final until the Madison County prosecutor reviews the case and files official charges.

Madison County police arrested Melissa S. Gilley, 21, of the 200 block of South Delaware Street, Frankton, at 10:29 p.m. Tuesday. No bond was set for Class C misdemeanor false informing.

Madison County police arrested David W. Hart, 44, of the 4500 block of Columbus Avenue, Anderson, at 2:06 a.m. Wednesday. No bond was set for Class A misdemeanor invasion of privacy.

Chesterfield police arrested Joseph A. Roberts, 21, of the 3000 block of Columbus Avenue, Anderson, at 2:34 a.m. Wednesday. Bond was set at $5,000 for Class D felony OWI.

Anderson police arrested Brian R. Collins, 45, of the 1400 block of Central Avenue, Anderson, at 4:06 a.m. Wednesday. Bond was set at $2,000 for Class B misdemeanor false informing.

Drug Task Force officers arrested Jeremy D. Plummer, 25, of the 200 block of North 12th Street, Elwood at 4:43 a.m. Wednesday. Bond was set at $20,000 for Class B felony manufacturing meth, Class D felony possession of meth, Class D felony possession of reagents, Class D felony maintaining a common nuisance and Class D felony probation violation.

Madison County police arrested Michael E. Moeller, 62, of the 4800 block of South County Road 400 East, Cutler, at 5:46 a.m. Wednesday. Bond was set at $6,000 for Class B misdemeanor public intoxication.

Madison County police arrested Joshua W. Stearman, 30, of the 4400 block of South County Road 50 West, Anderson, at 7:34 a.m. Wednesday. No bond was set for Class A misdemeanor invasion of privacy and Class A misdemeanor resisting arrest.

Madison County police arrested Wesley A. Wideman, 30, of the 700 block of South John Street, Arcadia, at 9:21 a.m. Wednesday. Bond was set at $5,000 for Class D felony nonsupport of a dependent child.

Anderson police arrested Treymon D. Trosclair, 24, of the 1100 block of Sunnymead Drive, Anderson, at 10:33 a.m. Wednesday. Bond was set at $2,000 for Class B misdemeanor public intoxication and Class C felony parole violation.
