ANDERSON, Ind. — Arrests made by Madison County law enforcement on Saturday and Sunday, based on Madison County Jail records. Charges are recommended by arresting officers, but are not final until the Madison County prosecutor reviews the case and files official charges.

Madison County sheriff’s deputies arrested Robert A. Crabbe III, 27, of the 100 block of Gaywood Drive, Chesterfield, at 4:31 p.m. Saturday. No bond was set on Class D felony domestic battery with serious injury and a hold for other jurisdiction.

Anderson police arrested Nicolas E.L. Moorman, 26, of the 200 block of South Roby Drive, Anderson at 1:39 a.m. Sunday. No bond was set on Class A misdemeanor battery with no or minor injury.

Elwood police arrested Jayson S. Rittenhouse, 36, of the 7400 block of East Division Road, Elwood, at 9:37 a.m. Sunday. He posted a bail bond of $3,000 on charges of Class A misdemeanor intimidation and Class B misdemeanor disorderly conduct.

Alexandria police arrested Sarah J. Abel, 33, of the 80 block of East County Road 900 North, Alexandria, at 5:49 a.m. Sunday. No bond was set on charges of Class A misdemeanor invasion of privacy and two counts of Class A misdemeanor battery with no or minor injury.

Alexandria police arrested Jennifer N. Johnson, 30, of the 400 block of West 11th Street, Alexandria, at 5:54 a.m. Sunday. No bond was set on a Class A misdemeanor driving while suspended with a prior.

Madison County sheriff’s deputies arrested Bonifacio Santiago-Castro, 50, of the 2600 block of Main Street, Anderson, at 1:10 p.m. Sunday. He posted a bail bond of $5,000 on charges of Class A misdemeanors operating a vehicle while intoxicated and operator never licensed.

Anderson police arrested David H. Dewey, 40, of the 1100 block of West Fifth Street, Anderson, at 12:45 p.m. Sunday. No bond was set on a charge of Class A misdemeanor battery with serious injury.

Pendleton police arrested Marcus A. Bilbrey, 28, of the 100 block of Gregory Drive, Pendleton, at 2:13 p.m. Sunday. Bond was set at $5,000 on charges of Class D felony intimidation, Class A misdemeanor resisting law enforcement, Class B misdemeanor disorderly conduct and Class C misdemeanor operating a vehicle while intoxicated.
