Arrest log: April 6

Arrests made by Madison County law enforcement on Thursday and Friday, based on Madison County Jail records. Charges are recommended by arresting officers, but are not final until the Madison County prosecutor reviews the case and files official charges.

  • Anderson police arrested Julio C. Limon-DeLeon, 19, of the 1500 block of South Madison Avenue, Anderson, at 9:38 a.m. Thursday. Limon-DeLeon posted bail of $5,000 for Class A misdemeanor OWI and Class B misdemeanor operator never licensed.
  • State police arrested Dale A. Booher, 47, of the 5000 block of Jaysue Street, Anderson, at 10:07 a.m. Thursday. Bond was set at $4,000 for Class C misdemeanor OWI.
  • Anderson police arrested Lorenzo A. Phelps, 31, of the 1600 block of East 18th Street, Anderson, at 11:21 a.m. Thursday. Bond was set at $10,000 for three counts of felony violation of suspended sentence and charges of domestic battery, interference with reporting of a crime, strangulation and battery.
  • State police arrested Mitchell M. Marks, 18, of the 100 block of South Broadway Street, Pendleton, at 4:11 p.m. Thursday. Bond was set at $5,000 for Class D felony possession of a controlled substance and Class A misdemeanor possession of marijuana.
  • Markleville police arrested James R. Munsey, 28, of the 800 block of East Marion Street, Converse, at 5:01 p.m. Thursday. Bond was set at $3,000 for Class A misdemeanor possession of paraphernalia and a Class A misdemeanor in another jurisdiction.
  • Madison County police arrested Steven K. Staggs, 53, of the 57000 block of County Road 13, Elkhart, at 5:52 p.m. Thursday. No bond was set for Class D felony violation of probation.
  • Madison County police arrested Michael D. Hudgens II, of the 1600 block of West 18th Street, Anderson, at 8:26 p.m. Thursday. No bond was set for Class D felony violation of in-home detention.
  • Madison County police arrested Maurice D. Boatman, 25, of the 2100 block of Cedar Street, at 10:19 p.m. Thursday. No bond was set for Class A misdemeanor possession of marijuana.
  • Madison County police arrested Ronald M. Murphy, 27, of the 700 block of East 21st Street, Anderson, at 10:45 p.m. Thursday. Bond was set at $6,500 for Class D felony sex offender registration violation and two counts of Civil contempt of court.
  • Madison County police arrested Keith A. Cannell, 37, of the 600 block of West 26th Street, Anderson, at 1:26 a.m. Friday. No bond was set for Class A misdemeanor violation of probation and Class A misdemeanor driving while suspended.
  • Elwood police arrested Thomas F. Willis, 34, of the 1600 block of Ida Street, Arlington, Texas, at 1:34 a.m. Friday. Bond was set at $30,000 for Class C felony nonsupport of a dependent child.
  • Pendleton police arrested Zachary R. Sanner, 19, of the 100 block of Bess Boulevard, Pendleton, at 4:04 a.m. Friday. Bond was at set at $5,000 for Class D felony possession of a controlled substance, Class D felony possession of marijuana, Class A misdemeanor leaving the scene of an accident and Class C misdemeanor probation violation.
  • Anderson police arrested Ryan L. Adams, 20, of the 2100 block of Sheridan Street, Anderson, at 5:24 a.m. Friday. Bond was set at $5,000 for Class D felony possession of cocaine.
