NOR body:Arrests made by Madison County law enforcement on Thursday and Friday, based on Madison County Jail records. Charges are recommended by arresting officers, but are not final until the Madison County prosecutor reviews the case and files official charges.

Elwood police arrested Damian S. Slayton, 18, of the 5300 block of West County Road 700 North, Frankton, at 9:26 a.m. Thursday. Bond was set at $5,000 for Class A misdemeanor battery.

Anderson police arrested Justin D. Thompson, 30, of the 700 block of West Second Street, Anderson, at 10:08 a.m. Thursday. Bond was set at $5,000 for Class D felony theft.

State police arrested Joshua R. Jessee, 34, of the 2300 block of Jackson Street, Anderson, at 4:09 p.m. Thursday. Bond was set at $5,000 for Class D felony OWI.

Anderson police arrested Keith B. Stigler, 38, of the 1100 block of Garnet Drive, Anderson, at 4:27 p.m. Thursday. Bond was set at $5,000 for Class D felony sexual battery.

Anderson police arrested Jayme M. Dollens, 21, of the 100 block of East Central Way, Pendleton, at 4:42 p.m. Thursday. No bond was set for Class A misdemeanor conversion and Class A misdemeanor violation of probation.

Alexandria police arrested Jeammie A. Hankins, 43, of the 1200 block of East 400 South, Oakford, at 5:18 p.m. Thursday. Bond was set at $10,000 for Class D felony OWI and Class D felony neglect of a dependent.

Elwood police arrested Alisha D. McTaggart, 18, of the 11900 block of South County Road 600 West, Fairmont, at 5:03 a.m. Friday. Bond was set at $10,000 for Class A misdemeanor battery and Class C misdemeanor leaving the scene of an accident.

Pendleton police arrested Casey L. Clendenen, 28, of the 3700 block of West County Road 950 South, Pendleton, at 6:21 a.m. Friday. Bond was set at $5,000 for Class A misdemeanor violation of probation, Class D felony possession of a controlled substance, Class D felony theft and Class B misdemeanor public intoxication.

Anderson police arrested Angela S. Bonham, 44, of the 100 block of West 500 North, Anderson, at 6:48 a.m. Friday. Bond was set at $5,000 for Class A misdemeanor conversion.
