Arrest Log

Arrests made by Madison County law enforcement on Tuesday and Wednesday, based on Madison County Jail records. Charges are recommended by arresting officers, but are not final until the Madison County prosecutor reviews the case and files official charges.

Pendleton police arrested Lindsay J. Palmer, 24, of the 800 block of South Broadway, Pendleton, at 12:56 p.m. Tuesday. Bond was set at $379 for Class A misdemeanor failure to appear.

Elwood police arrested Coty A. Jackson, 24, of the 1600 block of South A Street, Elwood, at 1:42 p.m. Tuesday. No bond was set for Class C felony bond revocation.

Anderson police arrested John A. Gall, 27, of the 2200 block of East Fourth Street, Anderson, at 2:18 p.m. Tuesday. No bond was set for Class A felony court commitment.

Madison County police arrested Damien L Dennis, 42, of Grand Pairie, Texas, at 2:36 p.m. Tuesday. Bond was set at $30,000 for Class C felony operating after lifetime suspension.

Anderson police arrested Jacob H. Tomlinson, 22, of the 100 block of South 11th Street, Middletown, at 4:14 p.m. Tuesday. Bond was set at $250 for Class A misdemeanor violation of probation.

Elwood police arrested Brittany N. James, 23, of the 1500 block of North D Street, Elwood, at 5:12 p.m. Tuesday. Bond was set at $25,000 for Class A misdemeanor battery, Class B felony burglary, Class D felony theft and Class C felony fraud on financial institutions.

Madison County police arrested Isaiah L. Humphrey, 39, of West 39th Street, Anderson, at 5:27 p.m. Tuesday. Bond was set at $2,000 for Civil contempt of court, Class C felony in-home detention violation and parole violation.

Madison County police arrested Charles L. Blount Jr., 22, of the 1800 block of Jefferson Street, Anderson, at 7:25 p.m. Tuesday. No bond was set for Civil contempt of court.

Elwood police arrested Betty L. Jackson, 27, of Lincoln Circle, Elwood, at 10 p.m. Tuesday. Bond was set at $5,000 for Class D felony neglect of a dependent and Class D felony receiving stolen property.
