Arrest log: April 4

Arrests made by Madison County law enforcement on Tuesday and Wednesday, based on Madison County Jail records. Charges are recommended by arresting officers, but are not final until the Madison County prosecutor reviews the case and files official charges.

  • Madison County police arrested Phillip D. M. Fairholm, 23, of the 2200 block of South Rangeline Road, Anderson, at 9:36 a.m. Tuesday. No bond was set for Class C felony violation of drug court.
  • Madison County police arrested Joseph P. Bryant II, 22, of the 700 block of North Denny Street, Indianapolis, at 11:47 a.m. Tuesday. No bond was set for Class D felony violation of probation, Class A misdemeanor violation of probation and Class A misdemeanor court commitment.
  • Anderson police arrested Shawn D. Hunter, 32, of the 1400 block of West Third Street, Anderson, at 5:43 p.m. Tuesday. Bond was set at $20,000 for Class D felony possession of meth, Class B felony dealing meth, Class D felony possession of precursors, Class B misdemeanor visiting a common nuisance and a felony in another jurisdiction.
  • Anderson police arrested Kara J. Riddle, 19, of the 2600 block of West 38th Street, Anderson, at 5:50 p.m. Tuesday. Bond was set at $10,000 for Class C felony battery and Class C felony intimidation.
  • Madsion County police arrested Stephen M. Morales, 23, of the 2100 block of Central Avenue, Anderson, at 6:53 p.m. Tuesday. Bond was set at $500 for Civil contempt of court.
  • Madison County police arrested Kyle T. Bell, 26, of the 1600 block of Woodview Lane, Anderson, at 8:21 p.m. Tuesday. No bond was set for Class D felony parole violation.
  • Anderson police arrested Jonathan T. Usry, 33, of the 400 block of Enchanted Drive, Anderson, at 1:25  a.m. Wednesday. Bond was set at $5,000 for Class D felony OWI and Class A misdemeanor driving while suspended.
  • Madison County police arrested Jeremy J. Stafford, 34, of the 1000 block of West First Street, Anderson, at 1:47 a.m. Wednesday. No bond was set for two counts of Class A misdemeanor failure to appear.
  • Anderson police arrested Zachary T. Bowman, 34, of the 100 block of Woodland Trail, Anderson, at 1:48 a.m. Wednesday. No bond was set for Class A misdemeanor invasion of privacy.
  • Madison County police arrested Kalei A. Gibson, 26, of the 2000 block of South Mock Avenue, Muncie, at 2 a.m. Wednesday. No bond was set for a Class D felony in another jurisdiction.
  • Madison County police arrested Christopher R. Miller, 25, of the 100 block of East Church Street, Alexandria, at 2:36 a.m. Wednesday. Bond was set at $5,000 for Class D felony OWI.
  • Anderson police arrested Jorge Garza, 47, of the 2000 block of Fletcher Street, Anderson, at 3:21 a.m. Wednesday. Bond was set at $2,000 for Class B misdemeanor public intoxication.
  • Anderson police arrested Ross A. Morelock, 28, of the 2400 block of Lincoln Street, Anderson, at 4:10 a.m. Wednesday. No bond was set for Class D felony criminal recklessness and Class A misdemeanor domestic battery.
  • Anderson police arrested Joseph D. Adams, 46, of the 6700 block of North County Road 125 East, Alexandria, at 4:40 a.m. Wednesday. Bond was set at $5,000 for Class A misdemeanor OWI.
  • Anderson police arrested Kyle A. Grimes, 44, of the 4800 block of Malus Boulevard, Anderson, at 4:45 a.m. Wednesday. Bond was set at $4,000 for Class A misdemeanor possession of paraphernalia and Class B misdemeanor public intoxication.

  • Election board looking into voter fraud allegation The Madison County Election Board delayed a decision into allegations of voter fraud in the May primary until it can gather additional information. Brian Bell, who lost the Democratic Party‚Äôs nomination for sheriff by 48 votes to Scott Mellinger, raised allegations to the election board during a hearing Friday.
