Arrest Log: April 8

ANDERSON, Ind. — Arrests made by Madison County law enforcement on Saturday and Sunday, based on Madison County Jail records. Charges are recommended by arresting officers, but are not final until the Madison County prosecutor reviews the case and files official charges.

Elwood police arrested Tyler W. Shannon, 18, of the 1800 block of South K Street, Elwood, at 8:14 p.m. Saturday. He posted a bail bond of $5,000 on a charge of Class A misdemeanor battery with no or minor injury.

Anderson police arrested Sean L. Warner Jr., 19, of the 100 block of West 13th Street, Anderson, at 11:03 p.m. Saturday. Bond was set at $4,000 on a charge of Class A misdemeanor possession of marijuana.

Anderson police arrested Kyle E. Harless, 27, of the 1300 block of West Fourth Street, Anderson, at 2:20 a.m. Sunday. Bond was set at $20,000 on a charge of Class B felony rape.

Alexandria police arrested Jeffrey A. Granger, 42, of the 100 block of West Sigler Street, Frankton, at 2:40 a.m. Sunday. Bond was set at $5,000 on charges of Class A misdemeanor possession of paraphernalia, Class A misdemeanor resisting law enforcement and Class C misdemeanor operating a vehicle while intoxicated.

Elwood police arrested Christopher M. Sterling, 37, of the 200 block of North 13th Street, Elwood, at 6:11 a.m. Sunday. Bond was set at $5,000 on a charge of Class A misdemeanor domestic battery.

Anderson police arrested Christopher C. Johnson, 29, of the 1200 block of Nichol Avenue, Anderson, at 6:51 a.m. Sunday. No bond was set on a charge of Class A misdemeanor domestic battery.
