Arrest Log: June 16

Arrests made by Madison County law enforcement on Friday and Saturday, based on Madison County Jail records. Charges are recommended by arresting officers, but are not final until the Madison County prosecutor reviews the case and files official charges.

Anderson police arrested Jarred M. Streaty, 26, of the 900 block of Sunset Drive, Anderson, at 9:49 a.m. Friday at the intersection of 18th Street and Scatterfield Road. Bond was set at $10,000 on charges of Class D felony theft and Class A misdemeanor resisting law enforcement.

The Madison County Sheriff's Department arrested Jimmie R. Jones, 43, of the 200 block fo Woodworth Street, Frankton, at 10:04 a.m. Friday. Bond was set at $10,000 on two charges of Class A misdemeanor operating a vehicle while intoxicated.

Anderson police arrested Tekeo A. Kelly, Sr., 32, of the 2200 block of Lincoln Street, Anderson, at 10:39 a.m. Friday. No bond was set on a Class A misdemeanor charge of failure to appear.

Anderson police arrested Carl R. Atkinson, 29, of the 500 block of Ruddle Avenue, Anderson, at 3:05 p.m. Friday. No bond was set on two Class A misdemeanor charges of domestic battery and probation violation.

Anderson police arrested Boyd E. Leach II, 32, of the 100 block of Elizabeth Drive, Anderson, at 3:27 p.m. Friday. Bond was set at $10,000 on two Class A misdemeanor charges of operating a vehicle while intoxicated.

The Madison County Sheriff's Department arrested Christopher W. Tibbett, 36, of the 800 block of West 19th Street, Anderson, at 4:03 p.m. Friday. No bond was set on a Class C felony return to jail per court order.

The Madison County Sheriff's Department arrested Cody T. Gray, 22, of the 5100 block of Picea Boulevard, Anderson, at 4:41 p.m. Friday. No bond was set on a Class C felony return to jail per court order.

The Madison County Sheriff's Department arrested David L. Smith III, 20, of the 2800 block of North D Street, Elwood, at 4:57 p.m. Friday. No bond was set on a Class D felony return to jail per court order.
