The Herald Bulletin

MUNCIE, Ind. — A woman arrested in Anderson after attempting a “movie-like” abduction of an infant is still being held in the Delaware County Jail without bond, according to jail records.

Anderson police arrested Judith Ann Walker, 34, Friday afternoon after pulling her over and realizing she was wanted in a Muncie incident in which she allegedly entered a woman’s home under the pretext of performing exterminator duties, choked her with a phone cord and attempted to run off with her 3-week-old infant late Friday morning.

Walker was arrested on preliminary charges of attempted murder, burglary, strangulation, criminal confinement and battery with a deadly weapon and transported to the Delaware County Jail in Muncie.
