• Anderson Police arrested Anthony Lamarr Hopgood, 36, of the 1300 block of W. Ninth Street, Anderson, at 5:33 p.m. Saturday. Bond was set at $4,000 for Class A misdemeanor resisting law enforcement.

• Madison County deputies arrested Martha Jean Mitchell, 47, of the 1800 block of Nichol Avenue, Anderson, Saturday at 6:22 p.m. Bond was set at $500 for civil contempt of court.

• Anderson police arrested Damon Tyree Johnson, 22, of the 1400 block of Banister Drive, Noblesville, at 8:11 p.m. Saturday. No bond was set for Class D and Class B felony hold for another jurisdiction. Bond was set at $20,000 for Class A misdemeanor possession of marijuana, hash oil, or hash oil, and Class A misdemeanor resisting law enforcement

• Anderson police arrested Jeffery Lynn Grimes, 63, of the 2400 block of Bramble Way Anderson, at 8:33 p.m. Saturday. Bond was set at $3,000 for Class C misdemeanor operating a motor vehicle while intoxicated.

• Summitville police arrested James Cornelious Rigney III, 40, of the 600 block of E. Lake Street, Summitville at 1:34 a.m. Sunday. Bond was set at $197.93 for civil contempt of court.

• Anderson police arrested Robert Lee Simmons, 28, of the 2100 block of Atwood Drive, Anderson, at 1:38 a.m. Sunday. Bond was set at $600 for Class A misdemeanor failure to appear, and civil contempt of court (child support).

• Indiana State police arrested Stephen Christopher Stinefield, 46, of the 600 bock of Martin Luther King Junior Boulevard, Anderson, at 5:05 a.m. Sunday. Bond was set at $4,000 for Class C misdemeanor operating a motor vehicle while intoxicated.

• Madison County deputies arrested Jason Alan Garner, 34, of the 7800 block of Pin Oak Drive, Pendleton, at 5:06 a.m. Sunday. No bond was set for civil contempt of court (child support).

• Anderson police arrested Gerardo Florentino Rea, 24, of the 1000 block of Pearl Street, Anderson at 5:45 a.m. Sunday. Rea was released on his own recognizance for Class B misdemeanor disorderly conduct.
