Arrest Log

Arrests made by Madison County law enforcement on Wednesday and Thursday, based on Madison County Jail records. Charges are recommended by arresting officers, but are not final until the Madison County prosecutor reviews the case and files official charges.

• Madison County deputies arrested Crystal A. Woolum, 26, of the 500 block of Player Lane, Anderson, at 12:11 p.m. Wednesday. No bond was set for return to county jail on a Class D felony.

• Madison County deputies arrested Marvin L. Hester, 30, of the 400 block of Wheeler Avenue, Anderson, at 12:42 p.m. Wednesday. No bond was set for failure to appear on a Class D felony.

• Madison County deputies arrested Shawn G. Snyder, 40, of the 800 block of Monroe Street, Alexandria, at 1:03 p.m. Wednesday. Bond was set at $1,000 for contempt of court and failure to appear on a Class C misdemeanor.

• Madison County deputies arrested Glenn L. Rusher, 50, of the 500 block of Andover Road, Anderson, at 2:10 p.m. Wednesday. Bond was set at $5,000 for OWI: .15 BAC or greater and parole violation on a Class C felony.

• Anderson police arrested Cheri A. McKinzie, 41, of the 2700 block of Mounds Road, Anderson, at 4:31 p.m. Wednesday. Bond was set at $8,000 for Class A misdemeanor disorderly conduct and Class A misdemeanor resisting law enforcement.

• Madison County deputies arrested Tamara J. Park, 55, of the 8100 block of South 300 East, Markleville, at 5:57 p.m. Wednesday. Bond was set at $15,000 for Class A misdemeanor OWI: .15 BAC or greater, Class A misdemeanor OWI: endangering a person and Class C misdemeanor violation of restricted license.

• Madison County deputies arrested Marcus J. Hallenbeck, 34, of the 500 block of Buckingham Court, Anderson, at 6:30 p.m. Wednesday. No bond was set for return to count jail on a Class D felony.

• Madison County deputies arrested Colby R. Wood, 31, of the 200 block of 38th Street, Anderson, at 6:33 p.m. Wednesday. No bond was set for return to county jail on a Class C felony.

Brian Bell, who lost the Democratic Party’s nomination for sheriff by 48 votes to Scott Mellinger, raised allegations to the election board during a hearing Friday.
