Arrest log

Arrests made by Madison County law enforcement on Sunday and Monday, based on Madison County Jail records. Charges are recommended by arresting officers, but are not final until the Madison County prosecutor reviews the case and files official charges.

• Anderson police arrested Tyrone Staples, 52, of the 1100 block of East 27th Street, Anderson, at 10:38 a.m. Sunday. Bond was set at $5,000 for Class A misdemeanor OWI.

• Chesterfield police arrested Kyle L. Tinsman, 18, of the 7700 block of West County Road 700 South, Farmland, at 12:38 p.m. Sunday. Bond was set at $8,000 for Class C misdemeanor OWI, Class B misdemeanor illegal consumption of alcohol by a minor and Class B misdemeanor minor possessing alcohol.

• Madison County deputies arrested Brieauna L. Smith El, 23, of the 3100 block of Tinkersfield Lane, Indianapolis, at 12:41 p.m. Sunday. Bond was set at $6,000 for Class A misdemeanor driving while suspended.

• Anderson police arrested Antawan D. Johnson, 28, of the 1700 block of West 10th Street, Anderson, at 1:26 p.m. Sunday. No bond was set for violation of probation on a Class A misdemeanor and failure to appear on a Class A misdemeanor.

• Madison County deputies arrested David L. Waitman, 26, of the 700 block of West 22nd Street, Anderson, at 4:47 p.m. Sunday. Bond was set at $500 for contempt of court in a civil case.

• Ingalls police arrested Ashley D. Wolf, 28, of the 5200 block of Columbus Avenue, Anderson, at 8:34 p.m. Sunday. Bond was set at $145 for failure to appear on a Class A misdemeanor.

• Madison County deputies arrested Steven M. Qualls, 28, of the 900 block of West Washington Street, Alexandria, at 9:52 p.m. Sunday. Bond was set at $4,000 for Class B misdemeanor resisting law enforcement.

• Ingalls police arrested Matthew A. Rhoads, 22, of Springport, at 1:39 a.m. Monday. No bond was set for failure to appear on a Class D felony.

• Madison County deputies arrested David M. Harp, 41, of the 8100 block of West Cooley Street, Yorktown, at 6:11 a.m. Monday. Bond was set at $8,000 for Class C misdemeanor OWI and Class C misdemeanor public intoxication.
