Arrest Log

Arrests made by Madison County law enforcement on Monday and Tuesday based on Madison County Jail records. Charges are recommended by arresting officers, but are not final until the Madison County prosecutor reviews the case and files official charges.

• Madison County sheriff’s deputies arrested Nicole Marie Southerland-Troutt, 31, of the 2300 block of Fairview Street, Anderson, at 12:40 p.m. Monday. No bond was set for Class D felony for contempt of court.

• Anderson police arrested Jesse Ann Boling, 20, of the 1700 block of Central Avenue, Anderson, at 3:03 p.m. Monday. Bond was set at $5,000 for Class D felony for maintaining a common nuisance — drugs, at $5,000 for Class D felony for possession of marijuana, hash oil, hashish and at $5,000 for Class D felony for possession of a controlled substance.

• Anderson police arrested Shaun Christopher Speedy, 33, of the 700 block of West 900 South, Pendleton, at 4:39 p.m. Monday. Bond was set at $5,000 for Class A misdemeanor for visiting a common nuisance — drugs and at $5,000 for Class D felony for possession or use of legend drug or precursor.

• Madison County sheriff’s deputies arrested Sherelle Renee Morrison, 31, of the first block of West Plum Street, Chesterfield, at 4:56 p.m. Monday. Bond was set at $126.44 for civil for contempt of court.

• Anderson police arrested Patrick Mitchell Mayer, 20, of the 1700 block of Central Avenue, Anderson, at 5:47 p.m. Monday. Bond was set at $5,000 for Class D felony for maintaining a common nuisance — drugs, at $5,000 for Class A misdemeanor for possession of marijuana, hash oil, hashish and at $5,000 for Class A misdemeanor for reckless possession of paraphernalia.

• Madison County sheriff’s deputies arrested Cedric Andre Jones II, 32, of the 2400 block of Meridian Street, Anderson, at 5:48 p.m. Monday. Bond was set at $4,000 for Class A misdemeanor for resisting law enforcement.

• Madison County sheriff’s deputies arrested Penny Kay Leininger, 49, of the 2800 block of Morton Street, Anderson, at 5:46 p.m. Monday. No bond was set for Class B felony for court commitment.
