Arrest Log: May 16

Arrests made by Madison County law enforcement on Wednesday, based on Madison County Jail records. Charges are recommended by arresting officers, but are not final until the Madison County prosecutor reviews the case and files official charges.

Elwood police arrested Barbara S. Wallace-Smith, 64, of the 2100 block of East Eighth Street, Anderson, at 8:24 a.m. Wednesday. Bond was set at $5,000 for Class A misdemeanor OWI and Class B misdemeanor public intoxication.

Madison County deputies arrested Samantha M. P. Price, 26, of the 4300 block of West Indiana 32, Anderson, at 9:04 a.m. Wednesday. Bond was set at $500 for contempt of court in a civil case.

Madison County deputies arrested Willie Hogan, 38, of the 1000 block of South Boots Street, Marion, at 10:55 a.m. Wednesday. No bond was set for contempt of court on a Class D felony and failure to appear on a Class A misdemeanor.

Madison County deputies arrested Tina L. Terry, 44, of the 2400 block of Main Street, Anderson, at 12:22 p.m. Wednesday. Bond was set at $500 for contempt of court on child support.

Anderson police arrested Joshua A. Swarzentruber, 22, of the 100 block of Jefferson Street, Danville, at 2:04 p.m. Wednesday. Bond was set at $5,000 for Class B misdemeanor criminal mischief.

Madison County deputies arrested Jaclyn R. Smith, 33, of the 1300 block of West Eighth Street, Anderson, at 4:04 p.m. Wednesday. No bond was set for failure to appear on a Class B felony and violation of probation on a Class D felony.

Madison County deputies arrested Michael E. Morse, 35, of the 500 block of Broadway, Anderson, at 4:22 p.m. Wednesday. No bond was set for Class A misdemeanor invasion of privacy.

Anderson police arrested Tonya D. Williams, 36, of the 1200 block of East 29th Street, Anderson, at 4:39 p.m. Wednesday. No bond was set for failure to appear on a Class A misdemeanor.

Madison County deputies arrested Jacob L. McIntyre, 19, of the 6800 block of North Raider Road, Middletown, at 5:44 p.m. Wednesday. McIntyre was returned to county jail per court order on a Class B felony.
