Arrest Log: June 7

Arrests made by Madison County law enforcement on Thursday and Friday, based on Madison County Jail records. Charges are recommended by arresting officers, but are not final until the Madison County prosecutor reviews the case and files official charges.

• Madison County deputies arrested Jenifer L. Bledsoe, 31, of the 700 block of High Street, Anderson, at 12:20 p.m. Thursday. Bond was set at $2,569.20 for failure to appear in a civil case.

• Madison County deputies arrested Courtney S. Clark, 26, of the 1800 block of East Gilmore Road, Markleville, at 2:45 p.m. Thursday. No bond was set for Class D felony violation of in-home detention.

• Madison County deputies arrested Richard B. Moghadam, 36, of the 1800 block of Burroughs Boulevard, Fairborn, Ohio, at 4:09 p.m. Thursday. No bond was set for failure to appear on a Class C felony.

• Anderson police arrested Leveal D. Priester, 18, of the 100 block of West 17th Street, Anderson, at 6:55 p.m. Thursday. Priester was released on his own recognizance on a Class B misdemeanor disorderly conduct.

• Anderson police arrested Ronail D. Grayson, 34, of the 1000 block of West Ninth Street, Anderson, at 8:09 p.m. Thursday. Bond was set at $5,000 for Class D felony resisting law enforcement, Class A misdemeanor possession of paraphernalia and Class A misdemeanor possession of marijuana.

• Elwood police arrested Christopher D. Plake, 35, of the 1300 block of South H Street, Elwood, at 10:20 p.m. Thursday. Bond was set at $5,000 for Class A misdemeanor domestic battery and Class A misdemeanor interference with reporting of a crime.

• Anderson police arrested Jaclyn R. Allen, 29, of the 2400 block of Fairview Street, Anderson, at 1:32 a.m. Friday. No bond was set for contempt of court on a Class A misdemeanor.

• Elwood police arrested Miranda E. Quantz, 32, of the 1300 block of South I Street, Elwood, at 4:59 a.m. Friday. Bond was set at $5,000 for Class A misdemeanor domestic battery and Class A misdemeanor disorderly conduct.

• Anderson police arrested Amber R. Watson, 35, of the 1800 block of Morton Street, Anderson, at 4:59 a.m. Friday. No bond was set for Class B misdemeanor public intoxication.

  • Election board looking into voter fraud allegation The Madison County Election Board delayed a decision into allegations of voter fraud in the May primary until it can gather additional information. Brian Bell, who lost the Democratic Party’s nomination for sheriff by 48 votes to Scott Mellinger, raised allegations to the election board during a hearing Friday.
