Arrest log

Arrests made by Madison County law enforcement on Saturday and Sunday, based on Madison County Jail records. Charges are recommended by arresting officers, but are not final until the Madison County prosecutor reviews the case and files official charges.

Anderson police arrested Joshua R. Warriner, 28, of the 1600 block of B Street, Anderson, at 4:37 p.m. Saturday. No bond was set for Class A misdemeanor battery.

Anderson police arrested William D. Turner, 30, of the 1800 block of Nichol Avenue, Anderson, at 4:55 p.m. Saturday. Bond was set at $5,000 for Class D felony possession of marijuana and Class D felony dealing marijuana.

Madison County deputies arrested Mary E. Skipper, 48, of the 200 block of Court Street, Anderson, at 5:28 p.m. Saturday. No bond was set for failure to appear on a Class A misdemeanor.

Elwood police arrested Syrena M. Rodeman, 51, homeless, at 6:38 p.m. Saturday. No bond was set for Class A misdemeanor driving while suspended.

Madison County deputies arrested Stephen W. Partlow II, 34, of the 600 block of South Oak Street, Fortville, at 8:49 p.m. Saturday. No bond was set for violation of a suspended sentence on a Class D felony.

Madison County deputies arrested Jeramiah A. Delaplane, 37, of the 1500 block of West 53rd Street, Anderson, at 8:43 p.m. Saturday. Bond was set at $500 for contempt of court in a civil case.

Madison County deputies arrested Harley M. Perkins, 24, of the 1200 block of South K Street, Elwood, at 1:34 a.m. Sunday. No bond was set for violation of a suspended sentence on a Class D felony.

Pendleton police arrested Paula S. Keaton, 46, of the 700 block of North Pendleton Avenue, Pendleton, at 1:49 a.m. Sunday. Bond was set at $500 for failure to appear in a civil case.

Madison County deputies arrested Timothy D. Elsten II, 26, of the 100 block of East 10th Street, Anderson, at 5:12 a.m. Sunday. Bond was set at $5,000 for Class D felony theft and parole violation on a Class D felony.

Brian Bell, who lost the Democratic Party‚Äôs nomination for sheriff by 48 votes to Scott Mellinger, raised allegations to the election board during a hearing Friday.
