ANDERSON, Ind. — Arrests made by Madison County law enforcement on Sunday and Monday, based on Madison County Jail records.

  • Anderson police arrested Cleon Brown, 55, of the 100 block of West 10th Street, Anderson, at 7:45 a.m. Monday near 13th and Main streets. No bond was set on a charge of Class A misdemeanor domestic battery.
  • Madison County sheriff’s deputies arrested Anthony McGriff, 33, of the 2000 block of East Memorial Drive, Muncie, at 10:33 a.m. Monday at the Madison County Jail. No bond was set on charges of Class D felony home improvement fraud, and Class D felony theft.
  • Madison County sheriff’s deputies arrested Jack Welsh, 40, of the 1400 block of West Jackson Street, Alexandria, at 10:40 p.m. Sunday at the Madison County Jail. Bond was set at $4,000 on a charge of Class A misdemeanor check deception.
  •  Elwood police arrested Sandra Bishop, 46, of the 2500 block of South C Street, Elwood, at 7 p.m. Sunday in the 2700 block of South B Street. Bond was set at $3,000 on charges of Class D felony operating while intoxicated and Class D felony operating as habitual traffic violator.
  • Anderson police arrested Gregory Freas, 19, of the 2300 block of South Madison Avenue, Anderson, at 1 a.m. Monday at the Anderson Police Department. Bond was set at $20,000 on charges of Class B felony burglary and Class B felony robbery.
  • Anderson police arrested Miles Koomler, 20, of the 2300 block of South Madison Avenue, Anderson, at 1 a.m. Monday at the Anderson Police Department. Bond was set at $20,000 on charges of Class B felony burglary and Class B felony robbery.
  • Anderson police arrested Peter Christesson, 23, of the 2300 block of South Madison Avenue, Anderson, at 1 a.m. Monday at the Anderson Police Department. Bond was set at $20,000 on charges of Class B felony burglary and Class B felony robbery.
  • Madison County sheriff’s deputies arrested Monica Logue, 21, of the 100 block of West Southern Avenue, Indianapolis, at 10 p.m. Sunday in the 1100 block of North 100 East. Bond was set at $10,000 on a charge of Class A misdemeanor domestic battery.
