Arrest Log: July 10

Arrests made by Madison County law enforcement on Monday and Tuesday, based on Madison County Jail records. Charges are recommended by arresting officers, but are not final until the Madison County prosecutor reviews the case and files official charges.

  • Madison County police arrested Walter L. Cullum Jr., 39, of the 1900 block of East Seventh Street, Anderson, at 6:30 p.m. Monday. No bond was set for Class C felony violation of in-home detention.
  • State police arrested Heather S. Payne, 36, of the 600 block of West River Road, Edinburgh, at 6:37 p.m. Monday. Bond was set at $10,000 for Class D felony possession of methamphetamine and Class D felony possession of paraphernalia.
  • Madison County police arrested Jonathon P. Howard, 34, of Pleasant Way, Anderson, at 8:14 p.m. Monday. No bond was set for a felony in another jurisdiction.
  • Anderson police arrested Brittany R.S. Lasley, 23, of the 1800 block of Nichol Avenue, Anderson, at 8:23 p.m. Monday. No bond was set for a Class D felony in another jurisdiction.
  • Madison County police arrested Jody W. Coleman, 24, of the 2600 block of Trade Wind Court, Anderson, at 9:51 p.m. Monday. No bond was set for Class A misdemeanor court commitment.
  • Anderson police arrested Jeremy M. Irwin, 43, homeless, at 10:16 p.m. Monday. No bond was set for Class B misdemeanor disorderly conduct and Class B misdemeanor public intoxication.
  • Anderson police arrested Shauna M. Carter, 36, of the 2300 block of East Eighth Street, Anderson, at 1:32 a.m. Tuesday. Bond was set at $5,000 for Class D felony intimidation and Class A misdemeanor domestic battery.
  • Anderson police arrested Erin L. Davis, 26, of the 500 block of Lonsville Drive, Anderson, at 1:33 a.m. Tuesday. Bond was set at $5,750 for Class A misdemeanor probation violation, Civil contempt of court and Class D felony theft by an employee.
  • Elwood police arrested William J. Marschke, 67, of the 1500 block of South State Road 37, Elwood, at 5:51 a.m. Tuesday. Bond was set at $5,000 for Class A misdemeanor OWI and Class B misdemeanor public intoxication.
  • Alexandria police arrested Richard J. Phillips II, 50, of the 1400 block of West Monroe Street, Alexandria, at 5:51 a.m. Tuesday. Bond was set at $5,000 for Class A misdemeanor OWI.
