ANDERSON, Ind. — Arrests made by Madison County law enforcement on Wednesday and Thursday, based on Madison County Jail records. Charges are recommended by arresting officers, but are not final until the Madison County prosecutor reviews the case and files official charges.

Madison County police arrested Trent L. Ferguson, 35, of the 5100 block of West Reformatory Road, Pendleton, at 1:19 p.m. Wednesday. Bond was set at $20,000 for Class B felony dealing a controlled substance and Class D felony possession of a controlled substance.

Anderson police arrested Markala M. House, 18, of the 900 block of West Ninth Street, Anderson, at 1:34 p.m. Wednesday. Bond was set at $20,000 for Class B felony burglary, Class A misdemeanor resisting law enforcement and Class D felony theft.

Anderson police arrested Mark B. Maddox, 41, of the 100 block of West Fifth Street, Anderson, at 2:58 p.m. Wednesday. Bond was set at $3,000 for Class C misdemeanor OWI.

Anderson police arrested Shirley R. Holiday, 67, of North Elma Street, Anderson, at 3:26 p.m. Wednesday. Holiday posted bail of $4,000 for Class B felony disorderly conduct and Class A misdemeanor obstructing traffic.

Alexandria police arrested Carl W. Vaughan, 44, of the 3000 block of Fall Drive, Anderson, at 6:29 p.m. Wednesday. Vaughan posted bail of $5,000 for Class D felony habitual traffic offender.

Madison County police arrested Daysha R. Helpling, 22, of the 1500 block of South A Street, Elwood, at 6:37 p.m. Wednesday. No bond was set for Class D felony violation of probation.

Edgewood police arrested Devry D. Graham, 21, of the 1800 block of Locust Street, Anderson, at 8:40 p.m. Wednesday. Bond was set at $5,000 for Class D felony possession of marijuana.

Edgewood police arrested Zachary J. Calhoun, 21, of the 1800 block of Arrow Street, Anderson, at 8:40 p.m. Wednesday. Bond was set at $5,000 for Class D felony possession of marijuana.    

Edgewood police arrested Jeremiah I. Morgan, 22, of the 500 block of Alhambra Drive, Anderson, at 8:40 p.m. Wednesday. Bond was set at $5,000 for Class D felony possession of marijuana.

Anderson police arrested Dejanae C. Moody, 19, of the 4500 block of Columbus Avenue, Anderson, at 1:43 a.m. Thursday. No bond was set for Class C misdemeanor violation of probation and Class C misdemeanor operator never licensed.

Drug Task Force officers arrested Khelladawn Oliver, 31, of the 1900 block of Main Street, Elwood, at 1:57 a.m. Thursday. Bond was set at $20,000 for Class B felony manufacturing meth.

Drug Task Force officers arrested Corey Troutman, 31, of the 1100 block of South A Street, Elwood, at 1:57 a.m. Thursday. Bond was set at $20,000 for Class B felony manufacturing meth.

Drug Task Force officers arrested David B. Simmons, 53, of the 2200 block of South B Street, Elwood, at 1:57 a.m. Thursday. Bond was set at $20,000 for Class B felony manufacturing meth and Class D felony violation of parole.

Madison County police arrested Patricia L. Heaton, 34, of the 1600 block of South A Street, Elwood, at 5:14 a.m. Thursday. No bond was set for Class D felony violation of in-home detention.

Madison County police arrested Lanny L. Westrater, 40, of the 800 block of Slack Drive, Anderson, at 5:51 a.m. Thursday. Bond was set at $5,000 for two counts of Class D felony strangulation, two counts of Class A misdemeanor domestic battery, two counts of Class C misdemeanor OWI, two counts of Class D felony parole violation, two counts of Class A misdemeanor conversion and two counts of Class A misdemeanor OWI.

Alexandria police arrested Lucas S. Likens, 31, of the 100 block of Curve Street, Alexandria, at 9:45 a.m. Thursday. Bond was set at $5,000 for Class A misdemeanor battery and Class A misdemeanor resisting law enforcement.

Madison County police arrested Nicholas D. Wright, 31, of the 8500 block of South Pugsley Road, Daleville, at 1:56 p.m. Thursday. Bond was set at $5,000 for Class D felony maintaining a common nuisance, Class A misdemeanor possession of paraphernalia, Class A misdemeanor possession of marijuana and Class D felony theft.
