Arrest Log: July 6

Arrests made by Madison County law enforcement on Wednesday, Thursday and Friday, based on Madison County Jail records. Charges are recommended by arresting officers, but are not final until the Madison County prosecutor reviews the case and files official charges.

Pendleton police arrested Curtis B. Crawford, 46, of the 100 block of West Oak Street, Anderson, at 5:09 p.m. Wednesday. Bond was set at $5,000 for Class A misdemeanor operator never licensed and Class A misdemeanor OWI.

Anderson police arrested Bryan D. Long, 22, of the 700 block of Indiana Avenue, Anderson, at 5:46 p.m. Wednesday. No bond was set for Class A misdemeanor contempt of court.

Anderson police arrested Justin P. Lummis, 30, of East 500 South, Anderson, at 5:51 p.m. Wednesday. Bond was set at $5,000 for Class B misdemeanor reckless driving and Class A misdemeanor driving while suspended.

Anderson police arrested Gregory J. Sims, 50, of the 2600 block of Pearl Street, Anderson, at 6:54 p.m. Wednesday. Bond was set at $5,000 for Class A misdemeanor driving while suspended.

Madison County police arrested Ronald A. Gilliam, 54, of the 400 block of East County Road 600 South, Anderson, at 7:15 p.m. Wednesday. Bond was set at $5,000 for Class A misdemeanor domestic battery.

Anderson police arrested Joshua J. Derexson, 25, of the 400 block of West 22nd Street, Anderson, at 7:55 p.m. Wednesday. No bond was set for Class A misdemeanor domestic battery.

Edgewood police arrested Joshua D. Poore, 23, of the 5700 block of South Madison Avenue, at 10:13 p.m. Wednesday. Bond was set at $5,000 for Class D felony criminal confinement, Class D felony domestic battery and Class D felony strangulation.

Edgewood police arrested Jason D. Pitts, 32, of the 300 block of 37th Street, Anderson, at 10:18 p.m. Wednesday. Bond was set at $5,000 for Class D felony auto theft.

Elwood police arrested Thomas J. Kelich, 52, of the 1600 block of South A Street, Elwood, at 2:18 a.m. Thursday. Bond was set at $500 for Civil contempt of court.
