Anderson police arrested Troy E. Lineberry, 57, of the 2100 block of East Lynn Street, Anderson, at 2:26 a.m. Saturday. Bond was set at $5,000 for Class D felony intimidation.

Anderson police arrested Tameika L. Sutton, 37, of the 2100 block of Crestwood Drive, Anderson, at 5:58 a.m. Saturday. Bond was set at $250 for Civil contempt of court.

Anderson police arrested James L. Allen, 47, of the 1900 block of East Seventh Street, Anderson, at 6:16 a.m. Saturday. No bond was set for Class D felony failure to appear.

Elwood police arrested Shannon P. Stults, 49, of the 7700 block of North 700 East, Bryant, at 6:21 a.m. Saturday. Bond was set at $20,000 for Class A misdemeanor criminal recklessness, Class A misdemeanor invasion of privacy, Class D felony residential entry, Class D felony intimidation, Class C felony domestic battery and Class B felony rape.

Madison County police arrested Marcus E. Ritenour, 46, of the 500 block of West Second Street, Albany, at 8:53 a.m. Saturday. No bond was set for Class C felony violation of work release and Class C felony violation of suspended sentence.

Anderson police arrested Salvador Mendez, 37, of the 2700 block of West 16th Street, Anderson, at 9:36 a.m. Saturday. Bond was set at $5,000 for Class A misdemeanor conversion.

Ingalls police arrested Thomas B. Wilson, 42, of the 800 block of Broadway, Fortville, at 9:42 a.m. Saturday. Bond was set at $5,000 for Class D felony possession of marijuana and Class C misdemeanor OWI.

Madison County police arrested Jarrod D. Lamb, 40, of the 2100 block of West Royerton Road, Muncie, at 10:41 a.m. Saturday. Bond was set at $8,000 for Class C misdemeanor OWI.

Anderson police arrested Charles G. Petrey, 47, of the 1400 block of Central Avenue, Anderson, at 11:18 a.m. Saturday. No bond was set for a parole violation in another jurisdiction.

Anderson police arrested Katie J. Bilbrey, 51, of the 900 block of East Eighth Street, Anderson, at 11:26 a.m. Saturday. Bond was set at $5,000 for Class A misdemeanor OWI.
