---- — Arrests made by Madison County law enforcement on Wednesday and Thursday, based on Madison County Jail records. Charges are recommended by arresting officers, but are not final until the Madison County prosecutor reviews the case and files official charges.

Anderson police arrested Latoya J. Jones, 22, of the 2200 block of Fulton Avenue, Anderson, at 2:52 p.m. Wednesday. Bond was set at $10,000 for Class C felony possession of cocaine and Class D felony maintaining a common nuisance.

Elwood police arrested Devin M. Bogard, 35, of the 2400 block of North A Street, Elwood, at 4:31 p.m. Wednesday. Bond was set at $5,000 for Class A misdemeanor battery.

Elwood police arrested Debbra A. Conwell-Mitchell, 59, of the 6300 block of South 50 West, Pendleton, at 4:47 p.m. Wednesday. Bond was set at $10,000 for Class C felony battery.

Elwood police arrested Emily D. Darts, 28, of the 1400 block of South G Street, Elwood, at 5:34 p.m. Wednesday. Bond was set at $500 for Civil contempt of court.

Elwood police arrested Kimberly R. Heaton, 32, of the 400 block of North 19th Street, Elwood, at 5:39 p.m. Wednesday. No bond was set for Class A misdemeanor invasion of privacy, Class A misdemeanor battery, Class A misdemeanor intimidation, Class B misdemeanor battery and Class D felony parole violation.

Madison County police arrested Jeffery C. Newte, 37, of the 200 block of West Seventh Street, Anderson, at 6:25 p.m. Wednesday. Bond was set at $20,000 for Class D felony violation of probation, Class B felony maintaining a common nuisance, Class B felony possession of marijuana and Class B felony possession of a firearm by a serious violent felon.

Madison County police arrested Justin D. Robertson, 28, of the 1300 block of West Third Street, Anderson, at 6:50 p.m. Wednesday. Bond was set at $500 for Civil contempt of court.

Elwood police arrested Shane J. Conwell, 37, of the 400 block of North 19th Street, Anderson, at 10:22 p.m. Wednesday. No bond was set for Class A misdemeanor invasion of privacy.

Anderson police arrested Calvin L. Nunn, 44, of the 2400 block of Halford Street, Anderson, at 10:29 p.m. Wednesday. Bond was set at $655 for Class A misdemeanor failure to appear.

Anderson police arrested Nathan M. Wright, 25, of the 2000 block of Pearl Street, Anderson, at 2:19 a.m. Thursday. Bond was set at $1,000 for Civil contempt of court.

Anderson police arrested DaQawn T. Peoples, 21, of the 1700 block of Fairview Street, Anderson, at 2:22 a.m. Thursday. Bond was set at $20,000 for Class A misdmeenaor failure to appear, Class B felony robbery, Class D felony resisting law enforcement, Class D felony possession of cocaine and Class D felony possession of a controlled substance.

Madison County police arrested William E. Wright III, 57, of the 1100 block of East County Road 650 North, Alexandria, at 3 a.m. Thursday. Bond was set at $5,000 for Class A misdemeanor battery and Class A misdemeanor interference with reporting of a crime.

Anderson police arrested Erik D. Noble, 30, of the 1200 block of Nichol Avenue, Anderson, at 4:35 a.m. Thursday. Bond was set at $5,000 for Class D felony habitual traffic offender and Class D felony OWI.

Madison County police arrested Nicholas A. Morrow, 24, of the 5600 block of Emerson Way, Anderson, at 4:37 a.m. Thursday. Bond was set at $500 for Civil contempt of court.

Anderson University police arrested Adam E. Layne, 27, of the 400 block of Franklin Street, Pendleton, at 5:08 a.m. Thursday. Bond was set at $5,000 for Class A misdemeanor driving while suspended and Class D felony parole violation.

Madison County police arrested Andrew D. Thompson, 25, of the 500 block of Maple Street, Anderson, at 6 a.m. Thursday. Bond was set at $5,000 for Class D felony OWI and Class A misdemeanor leaving the scene of an accident.

Madison County police arrested Victoria V. Harris, 36, of the 1600 block of Weslow Court, Anderson, at 10:06 a.m. Thursday. Bond was set at $10,000 for Class C felony nonsupport of a dependent child.
