NOR Body no bullet:Arrests made by Madison County law enforcement on Wednesday and Thursday, based on Madison County Jail records. Charges are recommended by arresting officers, but are not final until the Madison County prosecutor reviews the case and files official charges.

NOR body bullet:Anderson police arrested Bradley S. Hamm, 27, of the 500 block of Ellenhurst Drive, Anderson, at 12:08 p.m. Wednesday. Bond was set at $5,000 for Class D felony theft.

Anderson police arrested Leasa M. Bennett, 37, of the 6700 block of North State Road 67, Muncie, at 1:03 p.m. Wednesday. Bond was set at $20,000 for Class A misdemeanor conversion.

Madison County police arrested Tashala L. King, 21, of the 1700 block of Alhambra Drive, Anderson, at 2:28 p.m. Wednesday. Bond was set at $5,000 for Class A misdemeanor failure to appear and Class D felony possession of cocaine.

Madison County police arrested Steven J. Breece, 46, of the 2600 block of Central Avenue, Anderson, 4:39 p.m. Wednesday. No bond was set for Class A misdemeanor violation of probation.

Anderson police arrested Phillip A. Carter, 55, of the 1200 block of Squirrel Ridge Road, Anderson, at 4:51 p.m. Wednesday. No bond was set for Class D felony violation of probation.

Elwood police arrested Rickey L. Tomlinson, 31, of the 700 block of South Wayne Street, Alexandria, at 5:23 p.m. Wednesday. Bond was set at $5,000 for Class D felony intimidation.

Pendleton police arrested Eric W. Derolf, 35, of the 400 block of South East Street, Pendleton, at 5:31 p.m. Wednesday. Bond was set at $20,000 for Class B felony rape and Class D felony criminal confinement.

Madison County police arrested Devan C. Toomer, 33, of the 1600 block of Brown Street, Anderson, at 6:12 p.m. Wednesday. No bond was set for Class A felony failure to appear.

Madison County police arrested Jerry L. Daniels, 31, of the 900 block of South Perry Street, Attica, at 8:08 p.m. Wednesday. No bond was set for Class D felony failure to appear.
