Anderson police arrested Kramer P. Hill, 23, of the 700 block of Central Avenue, Anderson, at 5:52 a.m. Wednesday. No bond was set for Class C felony violation of probation.

Madison County police arrested Zachary A. Klaserner, 25, of the 2600 block of Fletcher Street, Anderson, at 6:06 a.m. Wednesday. Bond was set at $5,000 for Class D felony domestic battery, Class D felony strangulation, Class D felony invasion of privacy and Civil probation violation.

Elwood police arrested Danny K. Collier Jr., 31, of the 1900 block of Main Street, Elwood, at 6:09 a.m. Wednesday. Bond was set at $100 for Class A misdemeanor failure to appear.

Pendleton police arrested Erick A. O'Sullivan, 39, of the 12000 block of Timber Creek Drive, Carmel, at 10:10 a.m. Wednesday. No bond was set for Class A misdemeanor neglect of a vertebrate animal.

Madison County police arrested Amber L. Ryle, 37, of the 2700 block of Deerfield Run Boulevard, Anderson, at 10:25 a.m. Wednesday. No bond was set for Class D felony violation of probation.

Anderson police arrested Angela L. Baldwin, 51, of the 3900 block of Charles Street, Anderson, at 9:35 a.m. Thursday. Bond was set at $5,000 for Class A misdemeanor conversion.

Anderson police arrested David S. Leopold, 45, of the 1400 block of Fulton Street, Anderson, at 10:20 a.m. Thursday. Bond was set at $4,000 for Class A misdemeanor failure to appear.

Alexandria police arrested Kirstyn M. Wehsollek, 24, of the 2300 block of East County Road 1100 North, Alexandria, at 2:18 p.m. Thursday. Bond was set at $4,000 for Class C misdemeanor OWI.

Elwood police arrested Jeremiah L. Dunn, 25, of the 1600 block of South J Street, Elwood, at 4:14 p.m. Thursday. Bond was set at $5,000 for Class A misdemeanor OWI.

Frankton police arrested Vincent C. Stapleton, 30, of the 1200 block of East Sigler Street, Frankton, at 4:39 p.m. Thursday. Bond was set at $5,000 for Class D felony intimidation.

Anderson police arrested Michael D. Randle, 23, of the 2000 block of East Sixth Street, Anderson, at 5:11 p.m. Thursday. No bond was set for Class A misdemeanor violation of probation.
