Arrest Log: May 20

ANDERSON, Ind. — Arrests made by Madison County law enforcement on Friday and Saturday, based on Madison County Jail records. Charges are recommended by arresting officers, but are not final until the Madison County prosecutor reviews the case and files official charges.

Madison County sheriff’s deputies arrested Phillip E. West, 56, homeless, at 8:26 p.m. Friday. No bond was set on charges of Class D felony violation of probation.

Anderson police arrested Ivy J. Mullins, 34, of the 5300 block of Leclair Drive, Anderson, at 10:09 p.m. Friday. Bond was set at $5,000 on a charge of Class A misdemeanor conversion.

Madison County sheriff’s deputies arrested Jeremiah A. Mullet, 35, of the 700 block of East Washington Street, Indianapolis, at 11:06 p.m. Friday. No bond was set on charges of Class D felony violation of probation, contempt of court and hold for another jurisdiction.

Anderson police arrested Micah D. Chapman, 39, of the 2300 block of Silver Street, Anderson, at 1:36 a.m. Saturday. No bond was set on a charge of Class A misdemeanor invasion of privacy.

Anderson police arrested Joe M. Kerr Sr., 40, of the 300 block of North Barclay, Fairmount, at 1:37 a.m. Saturday. No bond was set on a charge of Class A misdemeanor invasion of privacy.

Anderson police arrested Brandon E. Teague, 25, of the 1500 block of East 56th Street, Anderson, at 1:57 a.m. Saturday. Bond was set at $10,000 on charges of Class A misdemeanor battery with no or minor injury and Class C felony criminal confinement.

Anderson police arrested Joshua M. Borden, 38, of the 2200 block of St. Charles Street, Anderson, at 6:10 a.m. Saturday. Bond was set at $5,000 on a charge of Class D felony theft and a hold for parole violation.

Madison County sheriff’s deputies arrested Bobbi J. Sharpe, 32, of the 2300 block of Raintree Drive, Anderson, at 8:39 a.m. Saturday. Sharpe posted a bail bond of $5,000 on a charge of Class D felony neglect of a dependent.

Anderson police arrested Mason A. Berryman, 22, of the 1200 block of Scarlett Drive, Anderson, at 9:21 a.m. Saturday. Berryman posted a bail bond of $5,000 on a charge of Class A misdemeanor operating a vehicle while intoxicated.

Ingalls police arrested David J. Littman, 44, of the 13000 block of Shiraz Lane, Fishers, at 10:05 a.m. Saturday. Littman posted a bail bond of $10,000 on charges of Class A misdemeanor operating a vehicle while intoxicated, Class C misdemeanor operating a vehicle while intoxicated and Class A misdemeanor endangering a person while driving a vehicle while intoxicated.

Pendleton police arrested Jackson C. Ulm, 18, of the 100 block of South Main Street, Pendleton, at 4:46 p.m. Saturday. Bond was set at $10,000 on charges of Class C felony forgery and Class D felony theft.

Madison County sheriff’s deputies arrested James D. Thompson, 31, of the 100 block of Hollywood Boulevard, Anderson, at 5:54 p.m. Saturday. Bond was set at $2,000 on charges of Class D felony possession of a controlled substance smoking instrument and contempt of court for child support.
