Arrest Log

Arrests made by Madison County law enforcement on Monday and Tuesday, based on Madison County Jail records. Charges are recommended by arresting officers, but are not final until the Madison County prosecutor reviews the case and files official charges.

Lapel police arrested Brian E. Howell, 47, of the 1200 block of Vine Street, Lapel, at 10:02 a.m. Monday. No bond was set for Class A misdemeanor failure to appear.

Madison County police arrested Damian S. Slayton, 28, of the 900 block of South A Street, Elwood, at 6:50 p.m. Monday. Bond was set at $5,000 for Class A misdemeanor conversion.

Madison County police arrested Ryan A. Shepard, 40, of the 1800 block of South Q Street, Elwood, at 8:16 p.m. Monday. Bond was set at $5,000 for Class A misdemeanor domestic battery.

Anderson police arrested Andrew G. Cleveland, 44, of the 6400 block of Rosalind Lane, Anderson, at 9:45 p.m. Monday. Bond was set at $2,000 for Class C misdemeanor false informing.

Madison County police arrested Emily N. Harris, 22, of the 700 block of West Adams Street, Alexandria, at 9:52 p.m. Monday. No bond was set for Class B felony contempt of court.

Anderson police arrested Adrian N. Myra, 36, of the 1800 block of West Ninth Street, Anderson,a t 10:26 p.m. Monday. Bond was set at $5,000 for Class A misdemeanor conversion.

Madison County police arrested Joshua D. Schmitt, 27, of the 3900 block of East Lynn Street, Anderson, at 2:06 a.m. Tuesday. No bond was set for Class A misdemeanor violation of probation and Class D felony violation of probation.

Madison County police arrested John M. McGrath, 66, of the 1700 block of Edgewood Drive, Anderson, at 2:14 a.m. Tuesday. Bond was set at $5,000 for Class A misdemeanor OWI.

Chesterfield police arrested Dominic T. Ufi, 21, of the 100 block of North Water Street, Chesterfield, at 4:32 a.m. Tuesday. Bond was set at $5,000 for Class A misdemeanor possession of marijuana, Class D felony neglect of a dependent, Class B misdemeanor false informing and Class D felony maintaining a common nuisance.
