NOR body:Arrests made by Madison County law enforcement on Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday, based on Madison County Jail records. Charges are recommended by arresting officers, but are not final until the Madison County prosecutor reviews the case and files official charges.

Anderson police arrested Persephone M. Davis, 25, of the 400 block of West 10th Street, Anderson, at 5:31 p.m. Tuesday. Bond was set at $5,000 on charges of Class A misdemeanor driving while suspended with a prior and Class C misdemeanor operator never licensed.

Madison County sheriff’s deputies arrested Idowa D. Hood, 34, of the 1000 block of West 22nd Street, Anderson, at 5:34 p.m. Tuesday. No bond was set on charges of Class C felony violation of probation, Class C felony violation of a suspended sentence, Class A misdemeanor invasion of privacy, Class C felony intimidation and Class D felony battery causing bodily injury.

Anderson police arrested Francisco A. Brown, 30, of the 1800 block of East 50th Street, Anderson, at 10:51 p.m. Tuesday. Bond was set at $5,000 on a charge of Class A misdemeanor conversion.

Elwood police arrested Terance J. McGahey, 22, of the 2000 block of South A Street, Elwood, at 1:27 a.m. Wednesday. Bond was set at $5,000 on charges of Class A misdemeanor battery and Class A misdemeanor probation violation.

Alexandria police arrested Jerry C. Jackson, 34, of the 100 block of Water Street, Chesterfield, at 1:33 a.m. Wednesday. Bond was set at $5,000 on charges of Class D felony driving while suspended with a prior, Class D felony possession or use of a legend drug or precursor, Class A misdemeanor possession of paraphernalia, Class D felony possession of a syringe, Class D felony possession of a controlled substance and Class C felony probation of violation.

Anderson police arrested Maurice L. Redfield, 35, of the 900 block of West Adams Street, Alexandria, at 2:08 a.m. Wednesday. Bond was set at $5,000 on charges of Class D felony sex offender registration violations and Class A misdemeanor false informing.

Anderson police arrested Jeffrey A. Hiatt, 52, of the 5800 block of Martin Luther King Jr. Boulevard, at 2:12 a.m. Wednesday. Hiatt was released by court order on a charge of Class A misdemeanor battery.

Anderson police arrested Austin T. Shryock, 18, of the 100 block of Orleans Avenue, Anderson, at 6:10 a.m. Wednesday. Bond was set at $20,000 on charges of Class D felony theft, Class D felony fraud and Class B felony burglary.

Madison County sheriff’s deputies arrested Branden L. Threet, 19, of the 700 block of Hawthorne Avenue, Anderson, at 6:40 a.m. Wednesday. Bond was set at $5,000 on a charge of Class D felony possession of a controlled substance.

Anderson police arrested Daniel L. Garcia, 20, of the 2700 block of West 18th Street, Anderson, at 10:40 a.m. Wednesday. Bond was set at $5,000 on charges of Class D felony operating a vehicle while intoxicated and Class A misdemeanor leaving the scene of an accident with property damage.

Edgewood police arrested Natasha D. Barnette, 22, of the 10000 block of east Indiana 38, Kirkland, at 4:18 p.m. Wednesday. Bond was set at $40,000 on a charge of Class B felony dealing in a schedule I, II, III controlled substance.

Edgewood police arrested Tanner L. Lawson, 21, of the 10000 block of East 500 North, Sheridan, at 8:22 p.m. Wednesday. Lawson posted a bail bond of $5,000 on a charge of Class D felony possession of a controlled substance.

Anderson police arrested Keith A. Woodcock, 22, of the 1700 block of Johnson Avenue, Anderson, at 8:42 p.m. Wednesday. Woodcock posted a bail bond of $5,000 on charges of Class D felony possession of cocaine or a narcotic drug and Class A misdemeanor possession of marijuana.

Madison County sheriff’s deputies arrested David A. Walker, 24, of the 2700 block of East US 36, Markleville, at 11:02 p.m. Wednesday. Bond was set at $5,000 on charges of Class A misdemeanor domestic battery and Class A misdemeanor interference with the reporting a crime.

Edgewood police arrested Elysia M. Carr, 37, of the 1400 block of West Third Street, Anderson, at 12:22 a.m. Thursday. No bond was set on charges of Class A misdemeanor violation of probation, Class A misdemeanor operating a vehicle while under the influence of a controlled substance and Class A misdemeanor driving while suspended with a prior.

Anderson police arrested Mark A. Brown, 47, of the 2200 block of Main Street, Anderson, at 1:33 a.m. Thursday. Bond was set at $100,000 on a charge of Class D felony child solicitation.
