Arrest Log: Nov. 16

Arrests made by Madison County law enforcement on Thursday and Friday, based on Madison County Jail records. Charges are recommended by arresting officers, but are not final until the Madison County prosecutor reviews the case and files official charges.

  • Madison County deputies arrested Misty D. Davis, 36, of the 1500 block of Archer Avenue, Fort Wayne, at 1:19 p.m. Thursday. No bond was set for Class D felony failure to appear.
  • Madison County deputies arrested Windy L. Horne, 39, of the 6300 block of North County Road 600 West, Frankton, at 2:36 p.m. Thursday. Bond was set at $5,000 for Class A misdemeanor battery.
  • Madison County deputies arrested Terry A. Horne, 18, homeless, Frankton, at 5:07 p.m. Thursday. Bond was set at $10,000 for Class A misdemeanor battery.
  • Anderson police arrested Demetrius S. McCory, 28, of the 1500 block of Costello Street, Anderson, at 5:16 p.m. Thursday. Bond was set at $20,000 for a Class B felony dealing cocaine or narcotic, $20,000 for Class A misdemeanor resisting law enforcement, $5,000 for Class D felony maintaining a common nuisance, $5,000 for possession of cocaine or narcotic drug and $5,000 for possession marijuana, hash oil, hashish.
  • Anderson police arrested Crystal L. Lagle, 34, of the 1000 block of Alhambra Drive, Anderson, at 5:57 p.m. Thursday. No bond was set for Class D felony theft, two counts, Class D felony possession of methamphetamine, two counts and Class D felony possession or sale of chemical reagents or precursors, two counts.
  • Anderson police arrested Erika L. Feagles, 18, of the 100 block of West Fifth Street, Anderson, at 6:41 p.m. Thursday. Bond was set at $5,000 for Class A misdemeanor conversion.
  • Edgewood police arrested Terrance D. Raymore, 24, of the 400 block of West 11th Street, Anderson, at 7:01 p.m. Thursday. No bond was set for Class C misdemeanor contempt of court.
  • Elwood police arrested David L. Wise, 48, of the 1500 block of Marion Avenue, Marion, at 7:29 p.m. Thursday. Bond was set at $305 for Class A misdemeanor OWI: .08 < .15.
  • Madison County deputies arrested Ashley L. Davis, 36, of the 1300 block of West Eight Street, Anderson, at 9:00 p.m. Thursday. Bond was set at $20,000 for Class B felony manufacturing meth, $20,000 for Class D felony maintaining a common nuisance and $20,000 for Class D felony possession or sale of chemical reagents or precursors.
  • Police arrested Troy S. Obryant, 18, of the 100 block of Water Street, Pendleton, at 10:08 p.m. Thursday. Bond was set at $5,000 for Class A misdemeanor conversion.
  • Edgewood police arrested Kenneth A. Holycross, 55, of the 600 block of North County Road 500 West, Anderson, at 10:21 p.m. Thursday. Bond was set at $5,000 for Class A misdemeanor OWI: .08 < .15.
  • Madison County deputies arrested Thomas E. Coffman, 41, of the 8600 block of Ricks Drive, McCordsville, at 6:57 a.m. Friday. No bond was set for Class A misdemeanor failure to appear.
  • Indiana State Police arrested Krista A. Scott, 33, of the 7400 block of South County Road 150 West, Pendleton, at 7:00 a.m. Friday. Bond was set at $4,000 Class C misdemeanor OWI: .15 or greater.
