Arrest Log: Jan. 16

Arrests made by Madison County law enforcement on Tuesday and Wednesday, based on Madison County Jail records. Charges are recommended by arresting officers, but are not final until the Madison County prosecutor reviews the case and files official charges.

Indiana State police arrested Brandon M. Lee, 24, of the 600 block of Central Avenue, Middletown, at 1:07 p.m. Tuesday. Bond was set at $10,000 for Class A misdemeanor OWI: .08 to .15 BAC.

Chesterfield police arrested Dontray T. Nunn, 30, of the 300 block of Gaywood Drive, Chesterfield, at 1:47 p.m. Tuesday. Bond was set at $4,000 for Class C misdemeanor OWI.

Madison County deputies arrested Christopher L. Zell, 41, of the 100 block of High Street, Fortville, at 1:54 p.m. Tuesday. Bond was set at $2,500 for contempt of court in a civil trial and failure to appear in a civil trial.

Madison County deputies arrested Steven R. Browning, 29, of the 100 block of First Street, Tipton, at 2:37 p.m. Tuesday. No bond was set for return to county jail on a Class A felony.

Madison County deputies arrested Julie A. Roller, 28, of the 2400 block of Pitt Street, Anderson, at 4:14 p.m. Tuesday. Bond was set at $10,000 for Class C felony nonsupport of dependent child.

Madison County deputies arrested Jesstin L. Holliday, 23, of the 800 block of Washington Boulevard, Anderson, at 4:44 p.m. Tuesday. No bond was set for violating probation on a Class B felony.

Madison County deputies arrested Max T. Pointdexter II, 20, of the 700 block of Sun Valley Drive, Anderson, at 5:15 p.m. Tuesday. No bond was set for Class A misdemeanor illegal consumption of alcohol by a minor and return to county jail on a Class D felony and Class A misdemeanor.

Madison County deputies arrested Phillip K. Krieg, 44, of the 12000 block of Deercreek Road, Tell City, at 6:15 p.m. Tuesday. Bond was set at $2,000 for Class C felony court commitment and contempt of court in a civil trial.

Brian Bell, who lost the Democratic Party‚Äôs nomination for sheriff by 48 votes to Scott Mellinger, raised allegations to the election board during a hearing Friday.
