Arrest Log

Arrests made by Madison County law enforcement on Wednesday and Thursday, based on Madison County Jail records. Charges are recommended by arresting officers, but are not final until the Madison County prosecutor reviews the case and files official charges.

Anderson police arrested Curtis D. Mathis, 20, of the 2200 block of Walnut Street Anderson, at 2:29 p.m. Wednesday. Bond was set at $80,000 for Class B felony criminal confinement, Class B felony robbery, two counts and Class C felony intimidation.

Police arrested Kristy L. Fannin, 41, of the 7800 block of Chesapeake Drive, Indianapolis, at 4:30 p.m. Wednesday. No bond was set for Class D felony court commitment.

Elwood police arrested Clifton B. Heath, 27, of the 100 block of Central Avenue, Alexandria, at 5:16 p.m. Wednesday. Bond was set at $600 for Class B misdemeanor violation of in home detention, failure to appear on a Class C misdemeanor and failure to appear on a Class A misdemeanor.

Madison County deputies arrested Roman C. Coleman, 31, of the 2200 block of Fairview Street, Anderson, at 5:39 p.m. Wednesday. Bond was set at $40,000 for Class B felony deal cocaine or narcotic, two counts and Class D felony work release.

Anderson police arrested Freeman D. Peoples, 41, of the 1700 block of Fairview Street, Anderson, at 6:14 p.m. Wednesday. Bond was set at $40,000 for Class B felony deal cocaine or narcotic, Class D felony possession of cocaine or narcotic drug and probation violation on a Class C felony.

Frankton police arrested Wendy S. Roberts, 33, of the 200 block of Woodworth Avenue, Frankton, at 7:51 p.m. Wednesday. No bond was set for probation violation on a Class D felony.

Indiana State police arrested Brett A. Porter, 30, of the 800 block of Eighth Street, Frankton, at 6:33 a.m. Thursday. Bond was set at $5,000 for Class A misdemeanor domestic battery.

Indiana State police arrested Rebecca D. Hadley, 44, of the 1 block of Whiley Street, Cicero, at 9:10 a.m. Thursday. Bond was set at $10,000 for Class A misdemeanor domestic battery.
