---- — Arrests made by Madison County law enforcement on Thursday and Friday, based on Madison County Jail records. Charges are recommended by arresting officers, but are not final until the Madison County prosecutor reviews the case and files official charges.

Madison County police arrested Joel S. White, 19, of the 1100 block of West Second Street, Anderson, at 10:08 a.m. Thursday. Bond was set at $5,000 for Class D felony theft.

Anderson police arrested Robert B. Grant, 53, of the 600 block of Main Street, Anderson, at 12:06 p.m. Thursday. Bond was set at $40,000 for Class B misdemeanor public intoxication and contempt of court on a Class B misdemeanor.

Anderson police arrested Emily D. Waters, 24, of the 2900 block of East Sixth Street, Anderson, at 12:16 p.m. Thursday. Bond was set at $5,000 for Class A misdemeanor OWI.

Anderson police arrested Leasa M. Bennett, 37, of the 400 block of West Fourth Street, Anderson, at 1:50 p.m. Thursday. No bond was set for failure to appear on a Class A misdemeanor.

Anderson police arrested Christopher T. Woods, 19, of the 1300 block of South Madison Avenue, at 2:02 p.m. Thursday. Bond was set at $5,000 for Class D felony theft, Class A misdemeanor possession of marijuana and Class A misdemeanor possession of paraphernalia.

Anderson police arrested Chris M. Miser, 41, of the 200 block of West Oak Street, Anderson, at 2:37 p.m. Thursday. Bond was set at $2,000 for Class B misdemeanor false informing.

Anderson police arrested Emilio B. Dimas, 20, of the 2200 block of East Lynn Street, Anderson, at 3 p.m. Thursday. Bond was set at $5,000 for Class A misdemeanor conversion, Class D felony assisting a criminal, probation violation on a Class B misdemeanor, Class D felony receiving stolen property and Class A misdemeanor carrying a handgun without a license.

Anderson police arrested Jessica R. Rayford, 30, of the 400 block of Ruddle Avenue, Anderson, at 4:19 p.m. Thursday. Bond was set at $5,000 for Class D felony receiving stolen property.

Anderson police arrested Jonathan L. Moyer, 26, of the 3500 block of Oaklawn Drive, Anderson, at 4:25 p.m. Thursday. Bond was set at $5,000 for Class A misdemeanor conversion.

Elwood police arrested Willard E. Beeman, 39, of the 2800 block of North D Street, Elwood, at 5:17 p.m. Thursday. Bond was set at $5,000 for Class D felony possession of syringe and Class A misdemeanor resisting law enforcement.

Anderson police arrested Tyrone M. Rayford, 34, of the 400 block of Ruddle Avenue, at 5:18 p.m. Thursday. Bond was set at $5,000 for Class D felony receiving stolen property.

Madison County police arrested Angela L. Peridore, 32, of Brickhouse Road, Oxford, Alabama, at 6 p.m. Thursday. Bond was set at $20,000 for Class B felony dealing a controlled substance and Class B felony dealing cocaine.

Madison County police arrested Edward L. Holtsclaw, 77, of the 5700 block of Indiana 37, Elwood, at 6:28 p.m. Thursday. No bond was set for court commitment on a Class D felony.

Madison County police arrested Shane D. Kaufman, 37, of the 2800 block of West Indiana 67, Portland, at 6:54 p.m. Thursday. No bond was set for failure to appear on a Class B felony.

Madison County police arrested Ronald L. Colvin II, 31, of the 700 block of West Woodland Avenue, Kokomo, at 8:25 p.m. Thursday. Bond was set at $500 for contempt of court in a civil case.

Madison County police arrested Scott A. Kenipe, 49, of the 5200 block of Pearl Street, Anderson, at 10:14 p.m. Thursday. Bond was set at $3,000 for contempt of court on a Class A misdemeanor.

Anderson police arrested Terrance D. M. English, 21, of the 1100 block of West 11th Street, Anderson, at 2:12 a.m. Friday. No bond was set for Class A misdemeanor operator never licensed.

Madison County police arrested James E. Yingst, 53, of the 5300 block of South County Road 1000 West, Lapel, at 2:14 a.m. Friday. Bond was set at $5,000 for Class A misdemeanor battery.

Edgewood police arrested Lenin A. Pineda, 26, of the 3400 block of Burton Place, Anderson, at 5:10 a.m. Friday. No bond was set for violation of probation and bond revocation on a Class A misdemeanor.
