---- — PENDLETON — A Pendleton man faces four felony drug charges after police allegedly found him distributing marijuana to teenagers Friday night.

Wayne K. Poor, 51, faces charges of contributing to the delinquency of a minor, a Class C felony, as well as dealing and possession of marijuana, maintaining a common nuisance and possession of paraphernalia. As of Saturday evening, Poor was being held in Madison County Jail on $5,000 bond.

According to a press release from the Indiana State Police Pendleton Post, district investigator A.J. Klettheimer and trooper Brad Quakenbush received tips about drug sales, leading them to Poor's home in the 1000 block of South Pendleton Avenue.

When the two officers served a search warrant on the home, they allegedly found Poor in possession of more than 30 grams of marijuana and evidence he had been selling to teenagers under 18 years old.

According to the release, the arrest of Poor was the culmination of an ongoing investigation by the Madison County Prosecutor's Office, which assisted Klettheimer and Quakenbush.
