Arrest Log: Nov. 1

ANDERSON, Ind. —

Arrests made by Madison County law enforcement on Wednesday and Thursday, based on Madison County Jail records. Charges are recommended by arresting officers, but are not final until the Madison County prosecutor reviews the case and files official charges.

Anderson police arrested Lashawn Bender, 29, of the 2800 block of Radcliff Drive, Fort Wayne, at 2:57 p.m. Wednesday. Bond was set at $10,000 for Class D felony resisting law enforcement, Class A misdemeanor leaving the scene of an accident, Class A misdemeanor OWI and violation of probation on a Class A misdemeanor.

Madison County police arrested Joseph W. Bradford, 36, of the 2900 block of East County Road 100 South, Anderson, at 4:16 p.m. Wednesday. Bond was set at $500 for contempt of court on a civil case and Class D felony habitual traffic offender.

Anderson police arrested Stephen E. Nipper Jr., 33, homeless, at 5:05 p.m. Wednesday. Bond was set at $15,000 for Class D felony home improvement fraud and Class D felony theft.

Madison County police arrested Bobby G. Martin, 44, of the 1100 block of Clark Street, Alexandria, at 8:37 p.m. Wednesday. No bond was set for failure to appear on a Class A misdemeanor.

Anderson police arrested Jerrica L. Dodge, 23, of the 17900 block of Hurray Place, Noblesville, at 1:36 a.m. Thursday. Bond was set at $40,000 for Class B felony burglary and Class D felony theft.

Anderson police arrested Jeramy A. Rhodus, 33, of the 600 block of Main Street, Anderson, at 2:11 a.m. Thursday. Bond was set at $5,000 for Class A misdemeanor battery and Class A misdemeanor resisting law enforcement.

Pendleton police arrested Vernon D. Jackson, 38, of the 300 block of Broadway, Pendleton, at 2:35 a.m. Thursday. No bond was set for parole violation on a Class C felony.

Madison County police arrested Virgus Browning Jr., 44, of the 100 block of East Campbell Street, Liberty, at 9:13 a.m. Thursday. No bond was set for failure to appear on a Class D felony.
