NOR tagline:Arrests made by Madison County law enforcement on Tuesday and Wednesday, based on Madison County Jail records. Charges are recommended by arresting officers, but are not final until the Madison County prosecutor reviews the case and files official charges.

NOR body bullet:Alexandria police arrested Zakary T. Frost, 31, of the 900 block of South Park Avenue, Alexandria, at 9:36 a.m. Tuesday. Bond was set at $5,000 on a charge of Class D felony possession of a controlled substance.

Anderson police arrested Antonio C. McMullen, 25, of the 1900 block of Nichol Avenue, Anderson, at 3:17 p.m. Tuesday. No bond was set on charges of Class C felony intimidation, Class D felony pointing a firearm and Class D felony failure to appear.

Anderson police arrested Sheilah M. Msalagni, 39, of the 7000 block of Effingham Square, Indianapolis, at 5:09 p.m. Tuesday. Msalagni was released by court order on $10,000 bond for Class A misdemeanor false informing.

Ingalls police arrested Patricia L. Dumas, 47, of Indianapolis, at 6:26 p.m. Tuesday. Bond was set at $6,000 on charges of Class A misdemeanor false informing, Class B misdemeanor disorderly conduct and Class B misdemeanor public intoxication.

Madison County Sheriff deputies arrested Robert A. Solomon, 28, of the 700 block of East 29th Street, Anderson, at 7:46 p.m. Tuesday. Bond was set at $20,000 on charges of Class B felony unlawful possession of a firearm by a serious violent felon and Class A felony contempt of court.

The Madison County Drug Task Force arrested Jake Jarrett, 22, of the 4500 block of North County Road 200 West, at 1:42 p.m. Tuesday. Jarrett posted a bail bond of $5,000 on charges of Class D felony aiding, inducing or causing dealing in marijuana, Class A misdemeanor possession of marijuana and Class D felony maintaining a common nuisance.

The Madison County Drug Task Force arrested Sean Erwin, 22, of the 1800 block of Halford Street, at 1:42 p.m. Tuesday. Erwin posted a bail bond of $5,000 on charges of Class D felony aiding, inducing or causing dealing in marijuana and Class A misdemeanor possession of marijuana.
