Madison County police arrested Frank M. Yarbrough, 61, of the 3400 block of Edmundson Avenue, Indianapolis, at 12:40 p.m. Friday. No bond was set for Class C felony failure to appear.

Madison County police arrested Troy R. Ashley, 42, of the 2700 block of West 11th Street, Anderson, at 12:50 p.m. Friday. Bond was set at $10,000 for Class D felony OWI, Class A misdemeanor indecent exposure, Class C felony habitual traffic offender and Class D felony parole violation.

Anderson police arrested David F. Smith, 42, of the 1400 block of East Lynn Street, Anderson, at 1:44 p.m. Friday. Bond was set at $5,000 for Class A misdemeanor conversion and Class D felony violation of suspended sentence.

Edgewood police arrested Jamar R. Warren, 30, of the 2100 block of Hendricks Street, Anderson, at 1:44 p.m. Friday. Bond was set at $13,000 for Class A misdemeanor failure to appear and Class A misdemeanor driving while suspended.

Anderson police arrested Jennifer L. Clary, 30, of the 2000 block of Alexandria Pike, Anderson, at 3:15 p.m. Friday. No bond was set for Class D felony contempt of court.

Anderson police arrested Rayne F. Barber, 28, of the 2300 block of East Fourth Street, Anderson, at 3:18 p.m. Friday. Bond was set at $5,000 for Class D felony theft.

State police arrested Chrystal A. Reum, 33, of the 4600 block of South Scatterfield Road, Anderson, at 5:40 p.m. Friday. Bond was set at $2,000 for Class A misdemeanor failure to appear.
