Arrest Log: Aug. 25

Arrests made by Madison County law enforcement on Friday and Saturday, based on Madison County Jail records. Charges are recommended by arresting officers, but are not final until the Madison County prosecutor reviews the case and files official charges.

Anderson police arrested Diana L. McNeal, 48, of the 3800 block of Champions Court, Anderson, at 6:01 p.m. Friday. Bond was set at $5,000 for Class D felony residential entry, Class A misdemeanor battery and Class A misdemeanor intimidation.

Anderson police arrested Michel K. Richwine, 23, of the 2100 block of Jefferson Street, Anderson, at 10:13 p.m. Friday. Bond was set at $5,000 for Class D felony residential entry, Class A misdemeanor battery and Class A misdemeanor intimidation.

Anderson police arrested Candice N. Thompson, 21, of the 100 block of West High Street, Pendleton, at 10:19 p.m. Friday. Bond was set at $5,000 for Class D felony failure to register as a sex offender and Class A misdemeanor false informing.

Madison County police arrested Mark A. Carter, 23, of the 1700 block of Halford Street, Anderson, at 12:52 a.m. Saturday. Bond was set at $3,000 for Class C misdemeanor operator never licensed, Class A misdemeanor false informing and a Class A misdemeanor hold in another jurisdiction.

Anderson police arrested Deshawn L. Smith, 27, of the 500 block of Hendricks Street, Anderson, at 1:29 a.m. Saturday. No bond was set for Class D felony residential entry, Class A misdemeanor intimidation, Class C felony parole violation and Class A misdemeanor attempted battery.

Anderson police arrested Iquise Vernell Taylor, 17, of the 3600 block of Burton Place, Anderson, at 6 a.m. Saturday. Bond was set at $35,000 for Class B felony rape, Class A felony burglary, Class B felony criminal confinement, Class D felony strangulation and Class D felony violation of probation.

Madison County police arrested Justin R. Sheets, 31, of the 800 block of Myers Street, Anderson, at 6 a.m. Saturday. No bond was set for Class C felony violation of probation.
