Madison County police arrested Nathan M. Cress, 32, of the 600 block of South Fourth Street, Frankton, at 7 a.m. Saturday. Bond was set at $5,000 for Class D felony possession of a controlled substance and Class A misdemeanor OWI.

Anderson police arrested Shirell L. New, 45, of the 700 block of Lafayette Street, Anderson, at 9:04 a.m. Saturday. No bond was set for Class A misdemeanor battery.

Anderson police arrested Andrea N. Stone, 24, of the 4200 block of Brown Street, Anderson, at 9:23 a.m. Saturday. No bond was set for Class A misdemeanor battery.

Anderson police arrested Anthony E. Gaw, 46, of the 400 block of West Fifth Street, Anderson, at 9:33 a.m. Saturday. Bond was set at $10,000 for Class C felony nonsupport of a dependent child.

Anderson police arrested Jennifer M. West, 36, of the 1700 block of Jefferson Street, Anderson, at 9:42 a.m. Saturday. No bond was set for Class B misdemeanor disorderly conduct and Class B misdemeanor public intoxication.

Anderson police arrested Mathew B. Collard, 26, of the 1700 block of Jefferson Street, Anderson, at 10:17 a.m. Saturday. Bond was set at $4,000 for Class A misdemeanor possession of marijuana.

Anderson police arrested China T. M. Warner, 25, of the 1300 block of Monticello Drive, Anderson, at 10:36 a.m. Saturday. Bond was set at $5,000 for Class A misdemeanor assisting a criminal, Class A misdemeanor false informing and Class A misdemeanor resisting law enforcement.

Madison County police arrested Christopher C. Fields, 22, of the 800 block of West 22nd Street, Anderson, at 10:51 a.m. Saturday. Bond was set at $3,000 for Class A misdemeanor failure to possess ID as a sex offender.

Anderson police arrested Tremel D. Black, 27, of the 800 block of 11th Street, Anderson, at 11:09 a.m. Saturday. No bond was set for Class D felony violation of in-home detention and Class B felony aggravated battery.

State police arrested Bradley T. Hoover, 47, of the 700 block of West Vinyard Street, Anderson, at 12:44 p.m. Saturday. Bond was set at $4,000 for Class C misdemeanor OWI.
