Ingalls police arrested Matthew C. Allen, 37, of the 1200 block of West 60th Street, Anderson, at 10:11 p.m. Tuesday. Bond was set at $5,000 for Class D felony OWI.

Madison County police arrested Diante E. Johnson, 34, of the 2300 block of Arrow Avenue, Anderson, at 5:46 a.m. Wednesday. Bond was set at $5,000 for Class D felony driving while suspended, Class A misdemeanor probation violation and Class D felony OWI.

Anderson police arrested Colby R. Wood, 30, of the 200 block of Meadowbrook Parkway North, Anderson, at 9:35 a.m. Wednesday. Bond was set at $5,000 for Class D felony strangulation, Class A misdemeanor domestic battery and Class D felony probation violation.

Anderson police arrested Kenneth D. Nipper, 43, of the 1500 block of Walnut Street, Anderson, at 10:55 a.m. Wednesday. No bond was set for Class B misdemeanor public intoxication.

Madison County police arrested Angela S. Jackson-Perry, 46, of the 5700 block of West County Road 300 South, Anderson, at 12:55 p.m. Wednesday. No bond was set for Class D felony violation of probation.

Madison County police arrested Scott A. Jackman, 22, of the 600 block of South A Street, Elwood, at 1:02 p.m. Wednesday. No bond was set for Class C felony violation of probation.

Madison County police arrested Michaele A. Miller, 24, of the 8700 block of Surrey Drive, Pendleton, at 1:32 p.m. Wednesday. No bond was set for Class D felony failure to appear.

Madison County police arrested Cheryl L. Hester, 43, of the 10100 block of John Marshal Drive, Indianapolis, at 1:52 p.m. Wednesday. No bond was set for Class D felony violation of probation.

Chesterfield police arrested Ward B. Staley, 58, of the 1300 block of East 44th Street, Anderson, at 2:51 p.m. Wednesday. Bond was set at $5,000 for Class A misdemeanor OWI.

Anderson police arrested Jimmy R. Strong Jr., 31, homeless, at 5:21 p.m. Wednesday. No bond was set for Class C felony burglary, Class A misdemeanor resisting law enforcement and Class D felony parole violation.
